Unit was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean! Kitchen was also equipped well. The unit is directly across and up from the breakfast restaurant downstairs, but that didn’t bother us. In regard to noise, I couldn’t hear anything on either side of us all week. It was also convenient that the unit came with bikes, as they were essential to help fight all the 30A traffic. The only problem we encountered was with the public beach. It is as described,within walking distance, but the beach access is extremely small. The beach is almost exclusively private (bummer) except maybe a 25 foot span that does down to the water. There were actual security guards kicking people out for sitting on the sand in what is considered “private” beach, which goes on for hundreds of feet in each direction. You absolutely have to drive to a public beach unless you get there extremely early. I realize that is not the owner’s fault but it definitely put a damper to have to drive to the public beaches. The pool area is well maintained and very nice!
