What a wonderful place to stay and get away! We needed some R & R and that's what we got! Loved the pool and we were close enough to the beach. Everything was comfy & cozy and just perfect! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. We loved every minute of our vaca! Will definitely be back!

Perfect family spot

This was the perfect location for our family! It was so easy to hop between the house, beach and pool. House had great beach toys, lots of books and puzzles. Would definitely recommend this spot to families with young children. Owner and property management company were super responsive and communicative.

Very hospitable host

We had an amazing stay at The Good Life! A short walk to the beach. Right down the street from Alys and Rosemary. The weather was perfect! We would highly recommend this spot to anyone and everyone.

Perfect relaxation

My family enjoyed our stay. It was a nice quiet location with close proximity to the beach and the pool and hot tub were always quiet too. Close to the grocery so we mostly cooked in the well supplied kitchen in between walks to the beach and back to the pool.

We loved this house. Great location, near beach but away from crowds. Loved biking in all directions. House is in great shape, with nice updates and furniture. My family thoroughly enjoyed the property.

Beautiful cottage in a great location!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in the cottage. The cottage is clean and renovated with all the amenities you could need. And it is conveniently located to everything that you need… While also not right in the middle of the busy areas. We look forward to going back again soon!

wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and well stocked cabin. The walk down to the beach (with 3 kids) was very doable. The beach was lovely and the surrounding area had lots of great restaurants and fun family-friendly activities. We were first timers to the area and Paula (the home owner) was especially helpful in giving us helpful tips and great recommendations on restaurants. We loved our time and hope to return!

Great family cottage

We had a great stay - Paula was warm and communicative, and answered all my questions immediately. The cottage was exactly what I was looking for - well-stocked, ideally located, super short walk to the beach. I love the shady walkway and porch where we read and ate breakfast outside. The pool was perfect for the afternoons, and the community is quiet and feels private. Great place - we'll come back!

Great cottage

The cottage was the perfect place to stay for a few days if you can't find something on the beach or don't want to be on the beach. You are close to all things on 30A by a short car ride or bike ride. It accommodated our 6 guests nicely for the short time. It was a close walk to the beach. The beach was also very quiet and not crowded which was very nice. It would have been nice to have bikes included but the owner gave us all the info on how to rent. The owner is super responsive and gives you all the info you need to enjoy your stay.

Perfect cottage

Our group of 7, including two seniors & three children, loved this cottage. It is a charming cottage with the perfect layout and had everything we needed. We loved the location - it is steps away from a very nice pool. We also loved sitting on the porch with coffee every morning and returning from the beach to the porch to hose off our things and unwind there. The kids loved the trees out back and watching squirrels and “exploring”. The walk to the beach was literally a few easy minutes walk, and we loved that we could easily bike or walk to alys and rosemary! Honestly, we can’t find a negative thing to say about our experience and we are so glad to have found this place for future trips.

Absolutely wonderful

Property was great, location was awesome, we rented bikes from peddlers and have them delivered for the week to get around, beach was really close, new kitchen and floors really wowed us since the listing pics hadn’t been updated it was a great surprise! Well decorated, very homey and clean. More than enough beds and rooms to spread out, pool, hot tub, and cute back patio to sit and drink your morning coffee. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful

Paula (owner)was amazing! Truly made us feel welcome and informed. Constant communication and quick to respond with any questions. The house was perfect for our group and such an easy walk to the beach.

The perfect 30a getaway!

We had such a great experience at this property! The house was clean and had everything we could think of needing for our trip. The back porch was a dreamy spot to relax, especially on rainy days. The pool was within steps of our back porch, but still felt secluded. Plenty of beach toys, beach chairs, kids activities, and books. A short 5 minute walk to the beach put the icing on the cake. Private beach was beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone. If we come back to the area, this will definitely be a repeat stay for my family. Thanks for caring about all of the details and making our stay a memorable one.
