Super view of beach and comfortable amenities

This was a fun two story beach house. Location and views are phenomenal! Being able to get in touch with the owner was super easy. If you wash clothes, the dryer took several rounds to get clothes dry. The oven takes a long time to heat to 350 degrees but it was fine. We would recommend a fan in the guest bedroom. Using a code to get in was great. We had a blast!

October Vacation

Beautiful property and well maintained. The views are beautiful, one of the gulf and one of the lake. I loved how the owner renovated the unit and utilized all available space with built in book shelves, cabinets and closets. Just a very nice and comfortable unit to enjoy! Thank you!

Awesome stay!!

We had an amazing week. The unit was beautiful inside and the decor cute. We slept the best we’ve ever done on that new mattress in the master room. (We’ve decided to try to buy one of those for our home ). We found so many sand dollars and shells while we were there and we shopped all the cool stores. Can’t wait to come back !

Enjoyed our vacation

My family had a great time and we really enjoyed the condo! The hosts were great and communicated very well! The room was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again in the future if it wasnt for the security in the building being extremely rude and giving us a hard time when we tried to have family visit us. We all had a great time other than that! Wpuld definitely recommend the area and the room!

Wonderful, Family Friendly Condo

We had a great stay in this well-stocked condo. Beds were both comfortable. The views off of both balconies were wonderful. We had one (very minor) issue and the Owners were quick to respond and fix it. The building is (as of Summer 2024) undergoing elevator rehabs, which made it very challenging to get to/from the unit. Other than that, everything about this community was great. We'd absolutely go back, and rent the same unit.

Wonderful Stay

We booked the condo for my daughter’s graduation trip, family of four. The condo was clean and well kept. Beautiful view on the balcony, enjoyed our morning coffee there each day. Beach access was just steps from the condo entrance. Will definitely book again if we come back to the area.

Yearly vacation

We stay at Pinnacle Port every year and this condo was one of the nicest. It would be nice to be able to check in sooner but that isnt always possible. The onky issue we had was that the lights flickered often downstairs and there was a power issue that caused the electricity to go out a few times. I called the owners and they were in it right away. Things happen, but they were on the spot to remedy the issue. Even with that issue, 10/10 for us. We hope to come back. Ronnie Louisville

Not what I expected.

The pics portray a quaint beach townhouse. The actual unit was disappointing when the trash can on the downstairs bath was full. The upstairs bedroom on the right smelled like urine or maybe strong ammonia. The stairs are dangerous as there are slanted and slick while the banister was sticky gooey. Expected more for the money.

Beach Vacation

We had such a great time at the beach in this condo! The views from the condo were AMAZING (living room with the Gulf side and master bedroom with the Lake Powell side). The condo had everything needed for the week and it was so easy to get down to the beach and pool. There was hardly any wait for the elevators. There was a nice couple who let us use their beach chairs and umbrellas for the week (the Beach Chair company) and it made our trip to the beach everyday less of a hazzle! Some of the condo had some hidden trash in places (under the bed and behind nightstand) BUT it did not deter from our trip at all. We will definitely use this condo again we vacation at Carillon Beach again. Thank you so much!

great family vacation

My husband and I and two of our grown children, were in Florida to spend a week with my brother and sister and their families. Pinnacle Port and your condo was an excellent place to have this vacation. Each family had their own condo and the beach was awesome. We loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings and watching the dolphins and other sea creatures with that fabulous views.

Lacks attention to detail and showing its age

The building is older and 2 of the 3 elevators were out for the majority of our stay. With contractors having to use the only working guest elevator and many people moving in and out of units with carts, the wait for the elevator was VERY long. The condo itself is adequate but lacks thoughtful design (e.g.the refrigerator door opens to a wall and 1/2 bath door hits the toilet). The king bedroom does not have a king bed (its 2 twins put together) and would benefit from some blackout curtains. The queen bedroom has a constant howling of wind either from badly fitting windows or the vent made in the wall to accommodate a dehumidifier (think that's what it was). Overall, would stay at Pinnacle Port again, but not same unit.
