Second time staying here, and we will definitely book again. We love that it's not a high-rise building, it's actually on the beach, and it is so convenient to our favorite restaurants located in the 30Avenue shopping center. Not sure if the listing is clear, but there are 2.5 baths, and that is a rare find. You will need to BYOBlender--we love protein smoothies, but had to bring our frozen fruit home with us. Also, my daughter and I missed having a full-length mirror :) So grateful to the hosts for responding quickly to any questions we had. 5-star-stay!

Ramsgate is such a beautiful hidden gem-- quite beaches with unbeatable access. The views from the balcony cannot be beat! Jeff and Julie's property was incredibly clean and well appointed with household items to make your stay comfortable. The included beach chairs were also a huge plus!

Ramsgate 21 Perfection

This place is perfect. The host has everything updated. Everything is so well put together. Everything makes so much sense. They have everything you need to just, show up. I am a big communicator, Julie and her husband respond extremely quick. I can’t say enough about this place. Will definitely book again.

Family of 4 here, LOVED our stay. The whole place was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. It's one of those places that is perfect and so comfortable you don't think about anything but enjoying your time there. We appreciated having the pool close by when the Gulf wasn't good for swimming or the kids wanted to just go play. Easy access to the beach, this unit is on the top floor so a few stairs to climb but we didn't mind. Beautiful beach and because of the low volume of guests, the beach was never crowded even in June. Such a good location, we loved it, and will keep it on our list for next year!

We had a wonderful time at this property! So close to private beach access. The owners were very pleasant and addressed anything we had questions about immediately! Highly recommend this location for a fun family vacation that offers a gorgeous view of the gulf!

Impromptu beach trip!!

The Condo was exactly as pictured and super clean. On very short notice, Julie and Jeff were easy to work with, communications were short and precise. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The beach chairs were a nice plus. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Our family of 4 (ages 18+) stayed for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need plus some. We loved the double balconies, the gorgeous view, the beach service, and the private beach (no crowds). We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

This place was awesome! Great location! Great views! Great place to stay! Perfect for a family. Walk right on the beach. No waiting for elevators or trying to find a parking spot for 30 min. The beach was gorgeous and quiet. You don’t have to get up a 7am just to find a spot on the beach. Only 12 min to Pier Park. This is what the beach with kids is all about.

Perfect location!

This unit felt like home, comfortable, clean, and everything we needed! We will definitely like to stay again. The location is quiet and not over crowded, but close enough to go visit Panama City, or Rosemary Beach in the evenings. Love the views on 2 levels. Parking is covered with plenty of spaces. Can’t wait to go back!

3/2024 Quiet, Private, Newly Renovated, Beach Service

We loved everything about our stay. These units are on the beach with full views of the gorgeous, private oceanfront beach from the 2 balconies. The location is right next to Carillon Beach, so you are far away from PCB, but only a 7 min. drive to Rosemary Beach shops and dining. Including the beach platform loungers and umbrella in the listing is definitely a positive. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. I appreciated the Hairdryers (w/diffuser) and iron/ironing board. Unit 21 was so clean and felt newly renovated. Each person had two towels/washcloths, so maybe pack a few extra so you don’t have to do laundry as much. The baths had hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The only thing we missed was having a full-length mirror. Julie (hostess) was an excellent hostess, and we will definitely book here again.

Julie and Jeff are amazing hosts! We had issues with a different condo day one into our trip, and Julie was quick to answer her phone when we called to inquire about a last-minute booking. They were able to get us in that afternoon! The condo was immaculate. Very clean, bright, and well stocked with TONS of blankets and all the kitchen essentials we needed. This place was perfect for a couple or a family, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beachfront condo!

Four Days Were Not Enough

This property exceeded my expectations. We were very comfortable. The furnishings and amenities provided were great. The balcony furniture was very nice for drinking coffee in the morning and watching dolphins pass by. I will be back!

A Perfect Place to Stay

Wonderful Beach get Away

Ramsgate Harbour 21 is beautiful with very nice furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were steps from the beautiful ocean. The furniture on the two balconies is very nice and sturdy. The beds and linens are super comfortable. The towels are very nice. It was a 5 star experience. We hope to go back! Julie was very friendly and answered all our questions in a very timely manner.
