We stayed at this property for a girls' trip and it was perfect. The condo was nice and met our expectations. The location great. Close walk to restaurants and beach. The pool was cool and had a grille/bar. Would definitely recommend.

The property was great and our stay was wonderful. Lots of space with a wonderful spot overlooking the pool and close proximity to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the lack of toiletries left for us. I've never stayed somewhere where they only left super minimal toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner in a place this size.

Couples Beach Trip

The property was well maintained, a perfect location with private beach access and good proximity to tons of shops and restaurants. The entire complex was clean and security was present all day and night. This unit was conviently located near the front and has a great view of the large lagoon pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful!

This was our first vaca with our first grandchild. It could not have been more perfect. The space, the resort, the local shops. We absolutely loved our stay. Our only complaint would be that if you want beach space definitely reserve chairs, or get down super early. The stretch of sand is extremely small for the amount of people, and we were not there during high volume guests. But, we will definitely be back!

Very good location, pretty views

Pretty clean and really good location. Had a great amount of space especially for the price. We had a lot of what we needed although I’d say bring your own toliet paper, laundry detergent, and their shower towels are kind of a rough material. The door to the condo is extremely heavy and never shuts all the way without u closing it twice. Other than that everything was great.

Spacious top floor unit

Very spacious top floor unit. Kitchen fully stocked with pretty much every cooking item you could need. Beautiful view of the pool area, which is massive. Close walking proximity to Alys and Rosemary.

Family Thanksgiving

We’ll equipped kitchen for our Thanksgiving dinner that we cooked! Nice size, plenty of space. Thankfully, brought shampoo, laundry detergent and trash bags after reading a review. But had to go back to the store for toilet paper, paper towels, and sponge. Overall, a great place to stay!!

Good overall experience

The condo was clean and in good condition but a bit dated finish out wise compared to others with carpet in the bedrooms which seems odd for a beach house. We enjoyed the pool and the condo was a good layout but it is a good hike to the beach and you are not allowed to pull wagons along the path through the adjacent complex and the beach is too small for the amount of people using it. We never received our check in information the day of and to call and get the codes to get into the condo when we got there. Bring your own coffee filters and trash bags.

Nice location..

There was six of us that came down, my wife two teenage daughters and each of them brought a friend. There was plenty of room and the location was great. We had never been to this area before and came away impressed. The village feel was very comfortable which helped us feel at ease to let the kids explore the area by bike on their own. Our teenagers 13-17 felt a little to old for the crowd at the pool so they opted for the beach most days. The condo was nice but was short on a few items in the kitchen that we would expect to be there for the price. Simple things like hand towel, detergent, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent etc.. was something I expect for an $$ vacation stay, at least more than what was there. There was also no wine glasses of any shape or size. Maybe that’s just me… Also, it was sold to us as “Double sanitized” which we felt it wasn’t. Appliances in the kitchen, the kitchen table all had food residue on them from previous guests (a little sticky). Admittedly there was a tropical storm passing through the day we arrived, so I figured the cleaning crew were rushed to get it in and out before we arrived.. So overall, not blown away, but it was fine… We did like the service of Realjoy vacations.. the staff were super attentive and did their utmost for us. I would not hesitate working with them again. As for the area, yes we would come back. We were a little surprised at how little space was allocated to beach goers at the private beach that we had access to.. most of it seemed to be dominated by Umbrella and chair rentals. We opted for the state park beaches instead which had more of that “getaway” feel to them. One tip would be to book your restaurants weeks before your arrival as the kitchens close pretty early and getting a table last minute was challenging.. What food we did experience was very good.. That’s about it.. a typical “dad” review, no doubt. Cheers.

June 2021 Seacrest Beach

This unit is a very nice unit ! It is well laid out , with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The pools on site are Amazing ! But the beach allocation is too small for the number of people that could occupy it from the Seacrest complex. Also too many rules concerning the beach .
