The hosts were the best. The condo is nicely decorated. Everything for cooking is supplied. They even replaced a mattress because we mildly complained. The garage parking is a big reason to rent this unit, so convenient. We look forward to staying here next year.

This is absolutely a great condo to stay in when you are in panama city beach. The condo has everything you would need. It feels like you are at home. Owners are available if you need any help and respond quickly. Do not hesitate to stay here. We will be back next year. Thank you!!

My family loved the condo and the location was perfect - SO close to Pier Park that it’s unbelievable! My family spent hours on the balcony just enjoying thee ocean view, too! Everything was clean and Ande and Janice really did think of everything you could need as a guest in their home. I’d highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone looking for a welcoming stay in PCB!

Can’t say enough about how great our stay was!!..From being able to check in when we landed to the unit having anything you could possibly need on a beach vacation, they have thought of everything !!.The unit was extremely clean and the location was wonderful for being in the middle of all kinds of things to do.You will not be disappointed.

We could not have asked for a better Condo, Resort or Location! We absolutely loved this Condo and will definitely book this exact Condo in our future beach vacations. This unit is very clean, very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The beds are very comfortable with luxury feeling linens as well as towels. There was plenty of nice outdoor seating on the balcony and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool at this resort, as well as the 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas included with the rental. Everyone we encountered were very nice. We had excellent communication with the owner as well. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience!

Wonderful condo

We had a great stay-the owners really put a lot of thought into this condo and it puts it far above the other choices in the area. It was clean, easy to check in/out, detailed communication from the hosts and lots of little extras that make it feel like home. The 4 beach chairs and parking space in the garage was amazing. Plus despite being in a very busy area it is beautifully decorated and feels calm and relaxing in the unit.

Beautiful

The condo is very well maintained, clean, beautiful, and in a great location. We loved that it was a true non smoking unit as well. The VIP parking was very nice and took out the stress of always finding a place to park. The owners are very kind and informative and send you all the information you need in detail for your stay. Overall it was perfect for my family of 5. We hope to be back again and highly recommend it!

High End Condo With Maximum Comfort

I travel frequently with my wife, sister and brother in law. Once a year we visit PCB and often our travels take us to the Calypso. This property sits right on the beach with 2 large pools and a tiki bar. The location is central to everywhere in PCB and a short drive to the Destin area. This year I chose one of the best properties on the beach. All the furnishings are high end with no expense spared and decorated with a masterful touch by Ande and Janice. The flooring is beautiful, as are all the wooden shades, and furniture. The bathrooms are spacious with double sinks in the beach bedroom. The two king beds are comfortable and firm and the closets are spacious. The kitchen features a large fridge and lots of room at the counter and dining table. This large unit also has a wrap around balcony with elevated seating to allow for a great view of the beach and ocean. Aside from all the above mentioned amenities, communication with the owners is always a text or call away. Great property and wonderful owners translates into a great choice for your next vacation. This condo should be at the top of your list when planning your next beach adventure in Panama City Beach.

Exceptional for a reason

This place is top notch, very clean with lots of room, it has everything you need and is in a great location. Everything is within walking distance from shopping to food places.Can't say enough good things about this place.Everything in the listing is very accurate, a really nice place !! Excellent communication with the host as well. The parking under the bldg is a great plus and they included 2 sets of beach set up service for the stay.You will not be disappointed booking this place for your beach vacation

Awesome condo!

Loved this condo. Great location, great communications with owners and CLEAN! Everything that we needed was provided and extra bonus was the reserved parking spot. We love PCB and this will be the place for us to stay when we visit.

Great Corner Unit

Beautiful, modern 2 bedroom condo on the beach. New appliances, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, great private parking near the elevator. Beach chairs with umbrellas were provided. Staff at Calypso was friendly. thothoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Super nice condo

Very nice and clean condo that was very well stocked with all of the essentials and extras. Very spacious and well decorated. Located conveniently to everything. Highly recommend! The owners were very nice and helpful with any questions and gave us lots of info.

Perfect Condo for a vacation

This condo is amazing!! It is a corner unit with a large balcony and great views. It is very close to Pier Park which has stores and restaurants in walking distance. The unit was very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Bed were very comfortable as well.. The rental also came with 4 beach chairs and you get the same chairs for your whole stay. That way you dont have to worry about putting towels down early. Very large covered oarking spot which accommodated my large vehicle. The hosts had great communication and even allowed us to get into the unit early which was an added benefit. Will definitely plan to stay here again in our future trios to Panama City Beach.!!
