Carillon Beach Inn is undergoing a corridor restoration project from September through December 2026. Guests may experience daytime construction noise, contractor activity, and temporary access restrictions in common areas as the association completes floor replacement, repairs, and painting throughout the building. Work schedules are subject to change and may affect various corridor levels during your stay



Levels 5 & 6 Corridors: September 2026 - October 2026

Level 4 Corridor: September 2026 - November 2026

Level 3 Corridor: September 2026 - November 13, 2026

Level 2 Corridor: October 2026 - November 2026

Level 1 Corridor: October 2026 - December 2026

This condo at the Carillon Beach Inn boasts breathtaking waterfront views from the balcony that extends around the corner and is furnished with a cocktail table positioned to highlight the vibrant sunsets. Enjoy access to a bubbling hot tub, sparkling pool, and a mile of private beach with seven private beach access points, making it effortless to get there. A gym and playground are also available. There is a $35 amenity fee charge

Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, surfing, bicycling, snorkeling, and games of tennis, pickleball, or basketball.



The bright interior features beachy decor and all the comforts you need for a relaxing, worry-free stay. Make yourself at home in the living area and unwind while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. The mighty mid-size kitchen is equipped with everything you need for easy meal or snack prep. A comfortable suite with a plush bed and luxe linens ensures a full night's sleep so you can be rested and ready for each day's adventure.



Things to Know

To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.

The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

The fireplace is not operational.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
