Wonderful stay

I took my daughter (17), her friend (17), and my son (13) for a quick beach getaway before school starts back. I was very pleased happy with our stay at After Dune Delight! The entire space was very clean and well stocked. And the beds were beyond comfortable! I could have stayed in the bed all day ha! The best part was probably the short walk to the private beach. It was a 5 minute (at most) stroll down a beautiful palm tree lined gated avenue. And there was even a security guard always stationed at the entrance to our community to check wristbands and they were all very friendly. Every evening I would enjoy a stroll down the road to Rosemary for inc cream, it was just the best location. I also enjoyed sitting on the front balcony to people watch even though it was a tad toasty. I would recommend reserving beach chairs well in advance especially for the busy summer months. I reserved ours about two months in advance and it was so nice to have them set up everyday for us. The community pool was also very nice, and we used it twice. Bottom line, I would stay in this rental again since it was so clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and superb location. Our side of the street has its own private beach section that the other side of Seacrest did not have access too so that was a pleasant surprise! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Enjoyable and Relaxing

The home will comfortably accommodate 6 people (1 King, 2 Queen beds). You will need to bring your own hairdryer. We did not rent a car but the 2 car garage is a great amenity. We walked everywhere and the location was a perfect distance between the Rosemary and Alyc communities. We rented in advance, an umbrella and chairs on the beach using La Dolce Vita. We ordered groceries from Publix using InstaCart. Highly recommend restaurant George’s in Alyc. The home was a bit dusty and shower drain on 2nd level needs attention. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay.

Beautifully decorated townhouse - moldy/mildew smell

The unit was comfortable and decorated beautifully-great location/neighborhood. The must/mildew smell was really bad! Had to run the dehumidifier the entire time and deal with emptying the water reservoir daily throughout our vacation. Also there were no instructions on how to use the television. Other than that, we enjoyed our trip.

Short Family Vacation

Our family of 5 took a short vacation to Rosemary Beach! After Dune Delight was the perfect place for us to stay! Super Clean, such easy access to the beach and not much of a walk to all the shopping and eating we wanted. Highly Recommend

Best place to stay!!!

The pictures do not do this property justice!! The house is absolutely stunning!! One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in on vacation. The checkin process was so easy and communication was great! The location is SUPERB!! We loved having coffee on the deck and people watching. You are walking distance to everything and the private beach is amazing! I highly recommend this place! We had the best time!!

Lovely property but housekeeping & reliable information lacking.

First of all, the house is lovely. Directions for getting in and for could have been much better. The garage door was open when we arrived and some of the security bands you are supposed to wear to access the beach as well as the gate opener were missing. One bathroom had no towels and 3 out of the 4 bathrooms were missing hand soap as well as shower/bath soap. The directions for the tv on the main floor were not correct so tv would not work. We called the property management company about all the missing items and they sent over a very nice man the next afternoon who figured out that you needed two remotes for the tv. All that being said is that the house overall is spacious and well laid-out and is a 5 minute walk to the beach. They have a number of balconies and a large enclosed side porch with a table and chairs so there is plenty of room for people to spread out in this house. I would consider staying at this house again as we loved the neighborhood. Just wish the property management and housekeeping were better.

Great location

Great location for walking to Rosemary & Alys. Love the location for the beach but you have to rent chairs to ensure a good spot on the beach. Temperature in the unit was hard to control at times- warm downstairs and upstairs at times. Good outdoor options for eating or hanging out. Wish there had been more laundry detergent & hooks in the bathrooms. Overall, plenty of space for our family.
