Beautiful Place

We’ve stayed in a lot of condos over the years and are usually disappointed in something when we arrive and see it in person. However, this unit was even nicer than the pictures online. We would definitely recommend this unit. The owners were great to work with as well.

Wonderful place to stay

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying at Sunrise 1604. The condo is lovely and comfortable, clean and well kept, access to the beach is perfect, parking is easy, and the communication from the hosts was terrific!

Easter vacation at PCB

We visited PCB to see our family that just moved to Tyndall Air Force Base. We loved our nine days that we stayed at 1604 sunrise it is close to everything we wanted to do and see. We also loved the private beach, the pools and the hot tubs. We would definitely stay there again. we had one hiccup and the property owners immediately helped on Easter Sunday of all days. Thanks again to the owners.

Best condo experience

This condo is amazing. We have stayed PCB five winters and this was our best experience. The owners went out of their way to have items available that were useful and way above what you would expect. The owners were responsive to all of our questions which actually very few as they anticipated all of our needs. Look forward to staying here again!

Great unit, but the elevator situation is terrible

We enjoyed pretty much everything about our stay EXCEPT that the elevators continually broke down. Imagine having to walk up/down 16 floors multiple times per day...or wait 30+ minutes for an elevator.

Fantastic Condo

We highly recommend this beautiful condo! It was very clean and included so many things that were very useful for our stay. The condo was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The pools were absolutely amazing and spacious! You will appreciate having a parking garage underneath for easy access as well! We would love to stay here again!

Memorable overall stay

We stayed in this unit for the month of Feb. It was clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and had some extras and personal touches that weren't expected. The owners always responded promptly to our communications and were very accommodating. My daughter and her family stayed with us for a few days, and I asked them for comments. They all said "loved it." So, if all of us in the age range from 11-85 were satisfied, this unit warrants 5 stars.

Just a wonderful for our family of 4

The overall experience at this place was wonderful.. The owners were very responsive and super polite. The accommodations at this place were fantastic. Very clean, nicely decorated, great sleeping arrangements, I could go on and on. This was perfect for our family. Overall resort experience: we went on a holiday week - 4th of July. Expect to wait for elevators or have 1-2 pass by full. It is what it is with a place this size. The bottom floor will be damp and hot from folks coming in from the beach. It comes with the territory. Both of the above are not in control of the property managers, but you should be aware. Highly recommend this place and these property managers.

Harold was the best, always quick with all my questions. He treated my family and I very well. They had to do maintenance on the complex and had to shut off the water. Harold was super about the situation and had 2 cases of water to our room.

Really great property

This is a wonderful property. Exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The addition of the 4 beach chairs is a really great value and was very much appreciated. The condo had just about everything you could ask for. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, good seating options, and a great balcony. The view is fabulous! Nothing like making breakfast and looking out across the water and blue sky in the morning to make you feel happy! The parking is great. So nice to have it directly under the building. We never had a problem finding a spot on one of the several levels. The elevators were only a problem on Saturday and Sunday when there was an influx of people coming and going. All of the other days, they were fast and easy to get to where you were going. There was not any problems with noise, either. Also, the pools were big enough that they were not over crowded. My husband loves the beach and I love the pool, so I would go to the pool several times to cool off. I never felt overwhelmed by crowds or screaming kids. We were all very comfortable. Highly recommend this unit! This has nothing to do with this unit, but vacationers beware of the traffic! It takes forever to get anywhere unless it is first thing in the morning. Enjoy Panama City Beach, and rent this unit!

Great location, but lots of condo rules

Condo was clean and very nice. Though under the beds weren't clean. My toddler threw his toy under them and we had to clean it off. Good location close to all the fun stuff in PCB. Wish there was carpet. That is just personal preference though. Comfortable beds and bedding

Perfect beach getaway.

This is a very well maintained condo that has amazing views of the gulf. Kitchen is great, we made most meals there. Easy to walk to several restaurants and Starbucks!
