The condo was the perfect spot for my son and I to spend a couple nights until we ventured out to meet family in another location. Seamless process, clean condo and a great view!

Great choice for a week long stay on the beach. Only reason didn't give 5 stars was for the AC. You cant control it no matter how many times you change it and the whole room will be 78 your entire stay unless you are in the master bedroom then you can escape the heat since there is a seperate ac unit. Overall great stay though

Great views and property. There is a parking fee but didn't find it unreasonable. Went during Spring Break and felt like security kept everything good at property with chexking wristbands.

Everything went very well with staying at the property. We did have some issues with the a/c not working properly, but the manager was good about communicating with us on trying to resolve the issue. Luckily, it wasn’t scorching outside, so the inside wasn’t terrible, just got warm at times. The location of the property was great. Right next door to pineapple Willy’s, to get refills on drinks. And not far from other fun attractions of PCB. Will try returning to this location!

Sweeping beach view! Absolutely beautiful. I would highly suggest this unit and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again! Spacious, and comfortable!

This property was a little gem next to the towering facilities it’s nestled in between. Very close to a Walmart, so we had placed a pick-up order for just after our check in time, and had our groceries for our stay. Convent parking, fast elevators, right on beach. Clean apartment with great views. Great value! Definitely recommend!

Great condo directly on the beach - it's spacious and close to everything you'd need for a stay in PCB. We found the nightly rates to be very competitive and enjoyed a nice, long fall weekend with the family in PCB.

It was perfect for us. The owner is very thoughtful and there’s everything you need for your stay, even a few good reads! The condo was clean and it was close to everything. We really enjoyed staying here.

I loved that it was gated , having to have a code in and out of all gates . Always having staff and security doing rounds around the buildings. Paid 35 for parking and had to pay for wristbands when checking in at the office. Over all the condo was great , clean just could use an extra air conditioning for the living room and kitchen area. Also for this condo a body mirror should be added for us ladies needing to make sure the outfits look good lol . Loved loved loved the lighting in the bathroom mirror !

My husband and I stayed while on an early anniversary trip. The condo was very clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. The owner was very gracious to modify our reservation when we asked to stay an extra night. I hope we are able to stay here again in the future. I have attached photos taken from our condo.

Great vacation getaway for me and my wife. Nice unit with everything we needed. We love this location at the Sunbird, and walked to Pineapple Willy's for lunch, and it's convenient to everything with easy access. Will definitely keep this one in mind for future stays!!
