We had a great time at Splash Beach Resort in Panama City. Everything was amazing. They had an outdoor restuarant which had great food so we didn’t need to get dressed every night to go out. There was an ice cream shop which we loved. Plenty to choose from. They even had snow cones outside so you could cool off. The kids loved the splash pools and pads. The beach was very clean, had beautiful water and only a few feet away from condo. The condo was well kept and very clean. Even the floor was clean and that’s difficult with all the sand. Book that Condo took care of all our needs. They kept up with their emails. We were very informed. No questions necessary. We enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay again. Thanks

Elevator problems

Good cheap place to stay with kids the condo itself was great but we constantly had issues with the elevators and sliding doors at the resort. On our check out date it took 47 minutes to catch an elevator down with our luggage to leave it was ridiculous. Poold are not in the sun so they are super cold all the time

Stay at Spalsh Resort

We really enjoyed our stay at Splash Resort we had an awesome time I was looking for an affordable place and going through Vrbo really helped me find just what I was looking for enough space for my kids (6 of them) my husband and I my children loved the space we were in and loved that it was on the beach we also loved the fact that there was a water park and a gym in our resort I will make sure to tell everyone I know to book at splash resort

great quiet for families

Great condo and space for families wanting individual bedroom & bathrooms. Quiet peaceful area of PCB. this resort is made for families with little kids! My only suggestion would be for a small sectional in place of one of the 2 sitting chairs in living room.

Family Holiday

We enjoyed our stay at Splash with our grown children and grandchild. We were pleased to have a high chair and pack and play for him. Everything about the condo were just like it was described and the views were perfect.

Fall Break 2024

The condominium and the view was nothing short of spectacular!! We were awestruck with the 3 bedrooms, 3 separate bathrooms and 3 separate gulf side balconies on the 16th floor of this high-rise. The weather was perfect in mid-October. Highs in the 80s and lows in the 60s. Clean beach. Located on the West end of Panama City Beach, it was far enough away from the obnoxious noise of the motorcycle ralley occurring that week.

Standard Condo

Great family resort. Condo was pretty basic, but clean. Property management was very responsive and provided things we asked for like extra coffee cups and pillow cases. Great views on quiet end of beach.

Great stay

We had a great stay, the room was perfect for our group. There was some confusion when we arrived as we were told to go to registration right away to check in but they were closed so we couldn't get our parking passes or wristbands until the next day but it didn't end up being a big deal. The kids loved the resort and we will definitely be back!

Great Room and View

Wonderful room with a great view. Enjoyed watching the ocean from the balconies. Space fit our two famies well with 3 separate rooms. The full kitchen and washer and dryer in unit were convenient. Everything worked well. I did call alerting of a running toliet to be fixed after our stay.

Splash Resort 1601 W

We loved the condo! Spacious and clean. I was concerned with being so high up, but it was actually great. The parking across the skywalk was a little long, but if we had to bring luggage or groceries in during a heavy rain, we would have been grateful for it. The place is geared toward children and there were a lot of them! Elevators were extremely long during the day, but not bad early in the morning and later at night. There are plenty of carts to go around. All in all, we were very happy where we stayed and are planning next year’s trip already.

Davis 2024 family vacation

Check in was easy and fast had good parking at the condo. Beaches and pool area at the condominium were well maintained. Room was nice and had everything needed for our vacation. Plenty of space and room to move about.

Crowded

No security. Pools are very crowded. Limited places to sit at pools. Interior of room needs updating. Lamp shades falling apart, living room furniture not comfortable, master bedroom tv remote only has a few channels. Cookware and silverware need updated. Only 2 elevators for each tower and have the time o e was not working. Waited sometimes 30 minutes to get on. Will not stay again and most of the people I talked to said they will not be staying again.

Memorial Day week.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Private beach access was great with teens and the smaller pools kept the younger two happy. Will definitely book again! No complaints.

The space was excellent for my family of 5 and my two in-laws. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The MIL suite did have the balcony closed off for a portable air unit to keep the room cool, which we were not expecting upon arrival. On the listing it does state check in time is at 4 pm, and could be up to 6 pm during busy times of the year. We were unable to check into our room until 5:30, so I would just be sure to ask what is considered a “busy time”. I will say the management team were very responsive to my questions and concerns upon arrival. As far as cleanliness and the condo itself goes, the hall bath in the main room has lots of rusted spots just making it feel unclean. The handle of the pocket door in the master suite is completely off the hinge, and there were broken drawers on some of the furniture pieces. I don’t believe it was listed, but there is no vacuum in the unit either. Overall it wasn’t the worst suite I’ve ever stayed in, but I don’t think we will be rebooking this unit.

Steps from the beach!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It had plenty of room for my husband and I, my mother, and my infant daughter. While it was a little outdated and had some visible damage on furniture, everything was clean and still usable. I had a minor problem when I arrived (rented pack n play was missing some parts) but it was solved within 10 minutes of reaching out. Amazing communication and response time. The beach is RIGHT THERE. The splash pad and pools were quite chilly but the week we attended was unseasonably cold, so it’s understandable. The bar is quite over priced and very very weak drinks, so save your money. Would definitely recommend staying at Splash Resort and this particular condo.

Love the in-law suite but not the air conditioner

We loved the condo layout and it was clean but we’re not aware they had a portable air conditioner ran out the balcony doors and had it ducted taped to seal shut. Kept the room cool but it ran all night and could not use the balcony in the mother in law suite. Also no chairs on balcony in 2nd bedroom. Otherwise nice and clean place to stay

Great stay

The room was perfect for our family and accurately described and clean. The elevators take a very long time, we waited 25 minutes on the day we were leaving. They need to have more seating at the pool areas and we wished there was more sunny spots to sit by the pools, they are mostly shaded. The pools were small and very crowded. Other than that we enjoyed the stay.

Black Mold/ AC unit failed

Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with our room. It was filthy and two of the bathrooms had black mold on the curtains. The kitchen had black mold in the faucet hose. The fire inspector showed up to check our AC unit and didn’t tell anyone that whatever was tampered with ultimately led to the entire unit breaking. I wouldn’t recommend this condo to anyone.

Very nice unit. But property and management company were lacking.

Aside from a few minor details, the unit was great with plenty of room and great views! Master bed was a little too hard for our taste. Overall, great setup. Check-in was closed by the time we got there. No clear instructions on wristbands or parking. Had to wait until the next morning. We looked over the unit and didn’t see any issues. When I went to use the master bathroom, realized that the toilet seat was not attached and seemed to not even be the correct seat for the fittings. Called immediately and was told it wasn’t emergent since there were 2 other bathrooms. So the following morning the company called to see if we were having any issues. I told them about the toilet seat and that only one remote had working batteries. They said they would get back to us, which they did not. Two days afterward we went to claim the chairs/umbrellas that were listed as included at the time of booking only to find that they were not. Called the company back and was told that it did not include chairs. Asked all the other adults in our party and each of them attested that they had been listed at the time of booking. Asked again about the toilet and remotes and she said she would get back to me. That never happened either. Also the property itself (not the individual unit) is dirty and not well-maintained and the elevators take forever. The property is on the west end of PCB, which is probably much quieter. However, it was also further away from places we wanted to go.
