Room was not that clean, dirty floors and counters we even had roaches in bathrooms The dust from the vents made the air quality in the rooms awful we bought allergy pills and air purifier Besides after driving 18 hours and waiting for room to be cleaned which began after the check in time Which was rushed. Guest bed was literally laying on springs Pools was clean but ice cold water 1 elevator was out the entire week We have stayed here before and it was a fantastic experience…..this time we decided we won’t be coming back

This was a great place to stay. Close to everything. The only negative was the elevators (which we were prepared for because of other reviews). Our condo was clean and spacious ( there were 7 of us).

Everything was great except for the elevators. Averaged about 10 minutes to wait to go up or down each time, but overall a great experience.

Great Beach Vaca!

We loved everything about this property! Steps to the beach, great balcony views, clean and pristine pools/hot tub. We loved having ample space for sleeping and two nice, large bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities and we appreciated having a laundry room.The only thing we would have changed is location - it was a bit of a trek to walk to Pier Park and a drive to decent restaurants. There was a lot of construction going on around the property so I'm hopeful that once that is complete, the area around it will feel more safe.

Very big condo

We had a great time at this place. Really large place which is a big plus but needs a good deep cleaning. The walls had dust , the lamp that was near the bed was very dusty and to be honest it was pretty nasty. Overall, really liked the place, but it lacked the cleanliness.

Never again.

Elevators to get to your room were ridiculous. Should be able to go up and down as we pleased. Limited our outings due to elevators and parking.

Beautiful! Trim needs repainted. The walls need dusted. Rugs need cleaned. They felt dirty. Overall great space. Plenty of room. The view was gorgeous.

Beautiful Stay!!

Loved everything about this condo! The view was perfect on the 10 floor balcony! The condo was exactly as described and have everything we needed! It was very kid friendly had indoor pool, hot tub, mini arcade and theater. My eldest loved the big tub in the master bath though! The young lady at the desk on the 2nd floor was amazing too my boys loved getting to see her everyday as we were coming and going! Thankyou!

cable problems

I have no idea whose fault it was, the hotel, the host company or the owner, but my children said we would definitely not go back there. The problem we had with cable TV, was absurd, in fact we had no cable TV at all during the entire trip. The TVs in the bedrooms were old, so we couldn't log in to any TV platforms. It was ok during the day because we were at the beach anyway, but in the evenings my children were terribly bored. One more thing, in my opinion, the email with what you should take with you from home should be sent much earlier than 24 hours before. We were traveling from IL, so we left a day earlier, after receiving an email from the host company, it turned out that we had not packed a few things which are usually provided

Big spacious beautiful condo.

We came down for a long weekend trip. The first thing is all the room the condo had. It was decorated nice and very clean. Very comfortable. Even my 4 year old granddaughter loved it. The parking situation is something I had to get used to, getting a luggage cart and everything was a little bit different. I would urge you to call ahead find out the details on all of that before you come. I would definitely come back now that I know the steps to getting a luggage cart. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Family Trip

The property was great. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because we had to wash all the pots, pans, serving bowls and cooking utensils before using them. The griddle and waffle maker were not clean so we opted not to use either. The rest was great though. We were in an excessive heat warning, but the room stayed super cool. (We had more family in a different unit who had issues with their AC) The living area was nice and big - loved the big couch! The bedrooms and bathrooms were large as well. Never felt cramped at all. The Master bed was SUPER comfortable. I would definitely rent this unit again!

Elevators are a big problem for this site. Will it return due to unit being on the 10th floor!

It’s mentioned in other reviews, but it CANNOT be pushed off as not a big deal. It’s a big problem and we will it return. The unit was clean and nice. Being on the -10th floor causes a lot of delay getting to the condo. You can walk down 10 flights of stairs ( had to do this almost every time) but it’s not feasible to walk UP 10 flights of stairs. The parking garage was nice and convenient. The view from the balcony was great. Just can’t come back. Finally, I sent a question to the host before we made the trip asking about beach supplies (ie chairs, umbrellas, etc). Did NOT hear back. We ended up packing our chairs and umbrellas which is fine and was needed because the unit does not supply( no problem). Just saying no answer was disappointing.
