Hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time and showed it. Dirty HVAC vents. Dirty baseboards, walls that need to be touched up in many places, other trim and molding that needs to be repainted. Tile floors, which were nice but were filthy and made your feet black so we had to wear shoes inside. Outside of refrigerator was dirty. Area rugs in one of the bedrooms, and the living room were disgusting and spotted and filthy and should be thrown away. A little bit of mold, mildew stains in some of the shower and tub caulking. Washer and dryer are very old and need to be replaced. Washer is rusting on the outside and threw two different codes during the week we were there. We had to have maintenance come and fix one of the codes, but we just dealt with the second one. Kitchen trashcan was filthy inside and out. Someone had removed the hard plastic liner that goes into it and put it in the laundry room and then put a plastic trash bag inside the can without the liner. Fortunately, we found the liner. Also pulled a stinky, molded old, rotted potato skin out of the bottom of the trashcan. Old coffee grounds were underneath the trashcan. Toilet paper holder was rusting in one of the front bathrooms. Some of the lower kitchen cabinets were dinged up. Sliding door to balcony was missing the handle and the track area was filthy. Queen bed mattress was subpar and low quality, as were the bottom bunk bed mattresses. Vacuum was partially broken. No curtains or shades on LR windows.
