Shores of Panama 1531

This was a great place to stay. My family and I had a great time. It was walking distance to a few really good restaurants and a Walmart. The beach was clean and the pool area was really nice. All of the staff did a great job in keeping everything clean and tidy. We will most definitely stay here again.

The property was great most of the staff was awesome (only the people at the garage and finding parking was not nice) It was as advertised and had plenty of space. Wonderful pool. The only negative is the parking garage. Kore than half the designated parking was roped off then you had to find parking and staff on call for that was not helpful. All other staff at pools and resort property were extremely helpful. Room was very clean. Great views.

Overall great

Overall a great experience. The elevators are nightmare during peak times but we were prepared from reading other reviews and accepted that we wouldn’t all be on one elevator at times and just went we got the chance. Our room wasn’t ready until a little after 6, with two cranky toddlers after the elevator mess that was frustrating but the host was very accommodating with what they could do. Would definitely stay again!

Property review

The location is great. Nice pools and security is strictly enforced. The condo had dust all over the light fixture and the shower liners had mold. Some of the outlets in the kitchen do not work. Ore than 4 chairs are needed in the patio for a condo with 3 bedrooms.

Everything was Great! The only thing was my room on the 6th floor was changed the morning of to the 15th floor due to an maintence issue. We prefer a lower level room but everything turned out just fine. I am glad you did let me know ahead of time instead of having to move in the middle of the stay.

As described! But definitely pay attention!

We had an amazing stay. We chose PCB and this condo for our annual girls trip. Accommodations were great! So very clean and the view from the balcony is beyond beautiful! The only thing I will say is to make sure you have absolutely everything you need out of the condo on checkout date before 10am. The door closed on us as we were removing our bags and at 10am exactly the door code locked and we couldn’t get the rest of our stuff out. Lesson learned lol. Other than our own mistake of getting locked out we had the best week ever!

Shores of Panama

This place was beautiful only issues we had were half the outlets in the kitchen did not work . Also make sure you have your wristband and that it is not broke . I forgot mine when going down to the beach to set up and the lady attending the gate watched us walk out and not even 5 minutes later would not allow me back in and that is understandable . Also was not advised if your wristband breaks that you have to get a new one and if you lose these it is 100$ a band . The elevators were not to bad just do not try to use them between 4-8 pm or you will be waiting awhile . Pool was over packed but over all was a great trip .

Definitely not worth value

After paying a high amount for this property I expected more. First the sheets were so rough I had to go buy a set for my bed. There was mold on shower curtains and I found a huge bug maybe a water bug in my bathroom. The blacony door would not open well and just overall the outside of the place looks not well up-kept. The building smelled and looked overall nasty w rust on things and paint not redone. The kitchen living area was ok. I would not recommend this place for a quiet time it seems this place is known for parties and younger crowds. It was not so much this condo specifically other than beds but the overall building.

Better than I expected from reading reviews

In general, the apartment was very nice. Good ac, great showers, lots of space, clean, breathtaking view. We were very comfortable. Everyone had complained about the elevators. We didn’t have much trouble on weekdays. Holiday weekend got really bad. Pool great, beach awesome. I guess everyone wonders why someone would build such a massive building with minimal elevators. In the future I might try for a lower floor and just do stairs. Unlike reviews I had read, cleanliness wasn’t a problem. The property manager was very easy to reach and responsive. We had an issue with obtaining a high chair that we rented in advance. Took a few phone calls and a full day to get it. But she was on it and personally delivered it. Nice ice cream place within walking distance. Walmart across the street. Pretty handy! Parking garage wasn’t as bad as people said in reviews. I might also concentrate on staying mid week versus weekend.

It was Ok, but I won't stay again

The condo needed some work. The curtains going out to the patio were shredded and torn. One of the lights fell out of the fixture in the master bedroom. When I reported it to book that condo that said there were going to send someone out but never did. I followed up with the condo staff and they said I was definitely supposed to report it to the 'book that condo' team and not them. Also the staff there were really rude. I've never really stayed anywhere where just about all of the employees I dealt with were rude. The condo was just OK but I will not say again. Book that condo team was good at first but dropped the ball with the repair issues. It's not fun taking a shower in the. I would have just replaced the bulb myself but the entire fixture broke.

Pésimo servicio

Estamos bastante molestos fueron muchas la incomodidades el apartamento bastante austero, la Lavadora de ropa súper deteriorada, las camas no son cómodas, los closet tenían cosas como Si fuera bodega, televisiones muebles etc el refrigerador escurría agua, y fueron muchos los requisitos para poder hacer la reservación incluido un contrato firmado eh impreso junto con fotos de ID pero cuando llegamos no tuvimos código de acceso al apartamento porque teníamos que ir a otra dirección a volver a firmar más documentos y perdimos mucho tiempo en buscar cómo Comunicarnos para que a final de cuentas nos dijeran que dado que ya era tarde no alcanzábamos a llegar porque ya iban a cerrar y nos dejarían sin poder entrar al apartamento, pero después de hablar durante largo rato decidieron darnos un código temporal, pero al otro día por la Mañana tendríamos que buscar la dirección de la Oficina para firmar, cosa que nos volvió a quitar mucho tiempo y no nos dieron código para entrar al estacionamiento así que teníamos que hacer largas filas para poder entrar, antes ya había estado en este lugar y nunca nos habíamos sentidos tan incómodos.
