  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Amazing property

This unit accommodated my family of 8 really well. We loveeeeeedddddd the view of the beach and the rockers that are on the balcony. When we come back we definitely will be staying here.

Beachfront Condo

Loved the location & view, nothing better than that!! Management of this condo different story. Got charged for entertainment fees which we were not able to use. Was to receive 1 free entry to entertainment venues-Dave & Busters & Gulf World among others-downloaded code, but no free entry received. Also got charged a damage waiver with no refunds even though no damage-that is their policy. Not as clean as should have been-mold in shower & grease & dirt on side of stove. Also, not enough toilet paper for entire stay, ran out 3 days before departure & no hand soap. Was also charged additional parking fee when arrived on site which was not part of VRBO listing. Also, supposed to have access to fitness room-was not able to get in & took them 2 days after asking for access because there was no key in Condo as they said it would be. Their parking information was out of date-told us to park first in garage & then go into Condo & get key. Not able to do this & had to call them to get access, took extra 30min because process was different than what they said.

Great location

Keurig coffee didn't work, they never gave me a working one, dishwasher loose, Pool side grilland bar food good, but to a little pricey, GREAT location, did have good time would like to go back!!

This place Two Stars

When we got there the place, which was suppose to be cleaned, wasn't. The beds had not been changed. We had to call and get clean sheets so we could go to bed. The beds had a lot to be desired. The kitchen is sparce. Very few dished, pans, pots. There was a leak in the laundry room with water coming out in the hall. The best part was it was on the 2nd floor and they furnished two chairs with umbrella on the beach. If you want an outdoor pool you have to go to the next building. If you choose to stay here I suggest you not have but 2 people or at the most 3. The two other bedrooms have no place for your clothes. No dressers, no drawers of any kind. There were not hangers in the closet when we arrived. We left some. The beach itself was beautiful and we had wonderful weather.

Top notch communication and response time. Very adequate amenities and supplies. Beautiful view of the beach. Loved the chairs/umbrella, extra pools, bar downstairs. There were a few things we struggled with but only because of our physical limitations, not a fault of resort. Elevators were pretty quick too. Had a great time! Beach and ocean was nicer than Gulf Shores.

Beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s right on the beach on the 2nd floor with an amazing view. The check in process is super easy. Everyone replied quickly and was super helpful during the stay. We would definitely love to stay here again. It’s in a GREAT location, walking distance to the Pineapple Willies and very close to Walmart for groceries.

Awesome stay!

The condo was just as it was listed and pictured. It was clean with a gorgeous beach view and a MASSIVE master suite. It was in a safe location with safe parking. We were there with low crowds, so the elevators were fast and readily available. The basics were generously provided- dishwasher and laundry detergent, soap, shampoo/ conditioner, TP)- plenty to get you through at least a few days. I would definitely stay here again!

I had never rented a condo on my own before. They were so easy to deal with and so accommodating!! Helped with whatever we needed! Everything that we needed to purchase was in walking distance! We will be coming back!

Great location and company

Communication with management was easy and consistent. The condo was in a beautiful location and had a good amount of room for our party of 7. Only drawback was the AC wasn't too strong and the sheets were more scratchy than I expected for a place like this. All in all, we'd definitely stay again and book through this company
