  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

My family like it so much. Very clean, good location, so comfortable and quiet. Also all time feel safe. We have everything what we need in the kitchen. Only two things want to add: kettle and another coffee machine.

Amazing!

We stayed for a short 3 nights. Check-in was super easy and the communication was great. Location was amazing and it was so easy to navigate throughout the resort. The trams ran constantly, taking guests to/from the beach/pool areas. We swam primarily at the big lagoon pool by the towers, but the pool near the villa looked very clean and easy to access. Our villa was absolutely perfect. Very clean and so quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!

Quick trip

Getting on to the property is very easy as well as traveling within the villas. Good location Easy drive over to the beach. Amenities work for all ages. We were able to book 3 nights in the middle of spring break which was great for last minute.

My experience

Everything was nice. Enjoyed this villa. This is the second year that I stayed in this villa. One thing though, this applies to several villas there, not just mine. I have 3 other family members that stayed in the villas too. We all did say this, that the floors are not cleaned. What I am referring to is if you walk barefoot on the floors that your feet will be so dirty, looking as if you have never washed your feet. We all said the cleaning service may sweep the floors but they certainly don't mop them. I just thought I would bring this to your attention that maybe it could be addressed with the cleaning service that is used. But, other than that I enjoyed staying here.

AWESOME

Very clean villa with a great location. The layout of the space is great and we were very comfortable here. We were even accommodated with some very nice razors, which was convenient because we forgot ours! Just a short walk to the beach we enjoyed daily. There is even a constant shuttle service to take you to beach if you need it. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring break 2022

The property we rented was as described in the pictures. When we arrived we were happy with the room. On the second day of our visit we spent the entire day at the beach and when we arrived back to our room the electricity was out only in our unit. I was able to reach someone with the after hours emergency number. We had to wait an hour for someone to arrive but its understandable. The reason for the outage could not be immediately understood so we were offered another unit which was an upgrade and we were perfectly happy with the rest of our stay!

Exactly what I needed

Quiet location, comfortable unit, accurate description. Would definitely stay there again. I wasn’t there long enough to enjoy the amenities of the complex, but they looked nice. The location was close to everything without being in the middle of it all.

Very Nice Place.

Nice place on a resort. Each grouping of Villas has their own heated pool. Golf course around the property. Can walk across the bridge over a road to get to the condos, hotel, and beach areas. The built in microwave did not work so maintenance brought me another one to use. Felt safe there with the property being gated. It has nice decor and kitchen was equipped.

Great location

The property itself was in a great location, about a 6-7 min walk to the beach. The unit was clean, there were plenty of towels, plates, dishes etc. My issues were: Check in: the parking pass is not in the unit- you have to drive 2.6 miles away to a random tiny little building to get them. The address for this was included NO WHERE so we got the run around from everyone at the edgewater resort until someone figured out where we had to go. I couldnt find the owners contact info either which would have made all of it easier. The beds were BEYOND uncomfortable. I didnt sleep well the whole time i was there. Squeaky and hard as a rock. The sink in the bathroom attached to the bedroom did not drain, so that was gross when brushing teeth. The dryer door doesnt stay closed, so doing laundry was annoying as you had to keep reshutting it. The garbage disposal didnt work either so water just kept backing up and regurgitating which was disgusting. Besides those few things everything else was great. There is not one good restaurant in florida, i am convinced haha but it was very close to a bunch of them and also grocery stores.
