My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo is amazing with plenty of room and gorgeous views! We really enjoyed balcony and the white sand. We went to shell island and had a blast. We know it was a good vacation when we all were talking about how to move to Florida. Haha. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to have this family experience.

Property was very nice altogether. The owner was extremely pleasant and communicated well about the entire process. Some plugs in the unit didn’t work but attribute that to age of the condo and nothing the owner can really do about that. The balcony was huge which made it nice to spend time out there with family. We will be back!

Fantastic 3-Generation Stay!

We had a great week. The balcony is the ultimate spacious, relaxing retreat for (and from lol) all family members! The host and owner were great communicators, very attentive to our requests, and eager to be helpful. The only difference in the actual property and listing we found was the sofa bed. There is one instead of two, but that was not a problem for our group. Would definitely stay here again. Did I mention that the balcony is an absolute oasis?!

Loved It!!

We love the Majestic! The location is great and it offers so much that you never have to leave the property. Lisa King was amazing to deal with. Very friendly. If i could give her more than five stars I definitely would. The room had plenty of space and amentities for our group of nine. It even had basically everything needed to spend the day on the beach (chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards). We will definitely be back! Thank you again Lisa for letting us stay!

Fantastic place!

This place was beautiful on the beach. The owner had great communication throughout the entire week we stayed and beforehand. All the rooms were clean and looked just like the pictures. We had a large group and we all had a comfortable/clean bed to sleep in. We would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING!!

We loved this property so much! Everything in the description and pictures just doesn’t do this place justice. It exceeded our expectations. The view from the balcony was perfect for the sunrises and sunsets, and during the day. We take my mom every year to the beach, but she loves to sit and read on the balcony and watch and listen to the waves. This was perfect for it. Also, there was a walk-in shower for her to use as well that was able to use safely. 4bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our crew! Lots of elevators—which was great because the wait was never long. Lisa (the owner) was an amazing host and great communicator throughout the process and stay. Great restaurants recommendations! The building and amenities were fantastic. The food is amazing at the pool bar and the drinks. We accidentally left a pair of prescription sunglasses and a Taylor Swift sweatshirt and Lisa was so kind to ship it back to us. She found the sunglasses..we didn’t even realize that we had left them. If you are looking for the perfect location, amenities, and a GREAT host—look no further. This is the perfect spot! We will be rebooking soon with Lisa! ❤️❤️ Thank you for your hospitality!

A nice location in PCB

The condo was great for us having four bedrooms. We stayed in the back master bedroom, my son and his spouse stayed in the front master bedroom, the two grand-daughters had the middle bedroom, and the teen grand-sons loved the bunk room. Beach chairs were great to have because rental fees are expensive. There were plenty of towels, and toilet paper left for us. We had a little problem with communication as Lisa was also on vacation, but a problem with getting parking passes was taken care of by Lisa in just a day. Any other issues we had I have made Lisa aware of for her to address with the cleaning crew. The only drawback with this condo, since it is a corner unit, it is a long walk from the parking garage. The elevators are very fast, though, and the building supplies nice luggage carts.

Great stay

We had a fantastic time this past week! The condo itself is beautiful and the views are absolutely amazing! I do think the cleaning crew could maybe clean a little better. The floors inside the condo were pretty dirty. Our feet were black after being there 5 minutes and my 10 month old niece had black legs and hands from crawling. There were also empty wrappers under the rug in the living area and the tables are a little wobbly. The one sink and jetted tub in the master bedroom did not drain either. These things did not bother us as we were there for the beach but wanted to point them out! We enjoyed our trip very much and plan to return soon!

The condo was amazing!! We had enough space for our group. The extra amenities that were available to use to use was great ( beach chairs). The check in process was a little bumpy but Lisa went out of her way to make everything right. My family has already requested we stay here next year.

PCB Condo With a View

Overall we had a pretty good experience. The view was amazing and the condo was very nice. We had issues getting checked in as the VRBO app did not provide the room information. Additionally the owner got crappy about the parking situation, which ended up costing $40 more. Overall though the owner was easy to get ahold and of pleasant other than the parking matter. The parking garage was a drawback as it was 15 minutes down to the truck each time. However, if you don’t have much to haul and don’t mind a short walk then the parking situation would not be a big deal. Overall very nice condo with a beautiful view and pretty accurately advertised.
