Welcome to our beachfront condo in Splash Resort’s East Tower. Located on the 15th floor, our one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests and includes complimentary seasonal beach service—saving you approximately $50 per day (up to $350 per week).

Whether you’re visiting for a family vacation, a couples’ getaway, or simply to relax by the Gulf, we’ve thoughtfully prepared our condo with comfort, convenience, and unforgettable memories in mind.

• Minimum booking age: 21
• No smoking or vaping - Splash is a non-smoking resort.
• No pets - Splash is a pet free resort.
• Splash Resort charges a $40 per vehicle registration fee (paid directly to the resort upon arrival)
• Check in: 4:00 PM, Check out: strictly at 10:00 AM
• A short term rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking.

⚠️ RESORT IMPROVEMENT NOTICE – FALL/WINTER 2026
Splash Resort is completing scheduled exterior restoration work. Construction is expected to occur Monday–Saturday, with daytime noise possible between 8 AM–5 PM.

Sept. 8–Oct. 18: Both East & West Pools, Lazy River, Hot Tub and Splash Pad are expected to remain OPEN. The Kiddie Pad will be CLOSED. Our private balcony will remain open.

Oct. 19–Nov. 29: Our East Tower balcony will be CLOSED. The East Pool, Lazy River & Kiddie Pad will also be CLOSED. The West Pool, Hot Tub & Splash Pad will remain OPEN.

Beginning Nov. 30: East Tower balcony access is expected to reopen. The East Pool, Lazy River & Kiddie Pad are expected to OPEN, while the West Pool & Hot Tub will CLOSE during West Tower work. The Splash Pad will remain OPEN.

Construction schedules and amenity availability are controlled by the resort/HOA and may change due to weather, project progress or unforeseen conditions.
