The view was spectacular. The corner unit view was unbeatable. The pools were pretty cold, so the kids didnt want to swim too much but other than that it was great!

Great ocean view, lots of sf. Ran out of hot water once...not a big deal, but annoying. BRING YOUR HAIR DRYER - they aren't furnished. 2026 parking rate for stay has increased from 35 to 40. A very safe place to stay and the staff was friendly - Splash has a good vacation vibe and is close to some very good restaurants in Inlet Beach and 30A.

The location was excellent. The facility was friendly and nice. The condo could use a good cleaning of the kitchen and dining room furniture. The beds were very comfortable. Condo was very spacious.

Beautiful, unobstructed beach views from each room in a spacious corner unit just minutes away from everything your heart could desire. Right on the oceanfront. Great communication with the host, clean and easy to find. Directions and communication were great, would definitely recommend.

We had a great time!

We had a great time at Splash resort but here are some things that could be addressed about this room:Balcony light doesn’t work.The bunk area is right when you walk in the door with the washer and dryer.It could be updated. The bar chairs are filthy.There are no full length mirrors. Hardly any cookware, plates, bowls, coffee cups, what they do have is not in good shape. The pool closes kind of early at 10:00pm. The couch bed was hard to pull out.The things we liked:The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very big.The lazy river is great.We loved having the beach chairs included with room. The bar and food places at the resort were great and the food was good.It is close to pier park.

Tremendous potential

This property has tremendous potential. Pros:1- The unit is spacious with lots of outdoor balcony space.2 - the Resort is great, and offers lots to do for families.3 - The views were fantastic and you could watch dolphins and sting rays from balcony.Cons1- Unit was not cleaned/vacummed or mopped. When we arrived we spent the first night cleaning the entire unit, from top to bottom and had to make a trip for cleaning supplies2 - The unit is worn out, there are broken tiles, black mold in bathrooms, the toilet paper rolls fell off constantly, there was damaged and missing furniture, the walls are all stained/ scratched and dented. The appliances are as well. There was very little pots and pans provided, and the ones there had teflon coming off while cooking.3 - There were numerous fake plants just taking up space and covered with dust which was just disgusting.4 - There is not enough pillows/blankets/towels for the amount of people that the condo holds. The mattresses were all stained and were very gross.5 - The remotes for all the tvs were missing batteries and were left open in the main room, we had to go out and purchase new batteries for all remotes.I shared this feedback with Pm the day we arrived and had never received an email back about this. They were very quick to answer booking questions, but once I arrived we didnt hear anything from there.Overall feedback is owner should invest a small amount into condo and cleaning and it could be a 5 star.

April stay in nice unit

Very nice unit. All rooms and decks were very large and roomy. Kitchen had a nice pantry closet. Deck had great views of ocean and Panama City Beach area. I would definitely recommend as place to stay

There were a few small maintenance issues to address (toilet paper holder broken, one of the balcony chair arms broken, nothing major) but overall wonderful room. Great views, well stocked kitchenware, easy check-in, and easy communication.

The property was nice with good amenities. No real complaints but if you stay here note that if you plan on cooking that there are zero seasonings or condiments in the unit at all. Also, bring toilet paper. Lastly, the listing showed a game room but, unless it's hidden, we were unable to find it. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Splash is a great resort for children. They have a lot of water activities for the younger children. The condo we stayed in was very clean and spacious. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Wonderful!!

The check in process was quick and the lady was very friendly. The condo was beautiful- great balcony with a view of the ocean. Loved that the room came with 2 beach chairs. Loved the splash park as well.

Great condo size and location

We have stayed at Splash before and this corner unit is definitely the way to go! Lots of space to spread out and gorgeous views. The kitchen isn’t super stocked but it got us by for 4 days. The resort itself is showing some age but nothing major is broken or causes any issues. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again!

Great location - Need some maintaining

We loved the location of this property. Being at the end of the strip, it was very quiet, however, not far away from the pier, bars and restaurants. The condo was very roomy and the view was exceptional !!! The floor in the unit was sticky but appeared to be clean. The problem may have been with the cleaner used on the floors. The cable was difficult to figure out and it would have helped to have directions (Roku channels vs cable access). A drawer on the dresser was broken, as well as a chair in the dining room and balcony. Overall, this was a great vacation. With a little upkeep, it would be a excellent.

Nice place to stay

Very clean with plenty of space for everyone. Great place to stay with kids, and we loved the chairs and umbrella that came with the room! Our only complaint is the shower and bath water didn't stay hot very long in the master bathroom.
