Great atmosphere especially all the employees there. Definitely try the coffee shop on lobby floor! The room was ok. The main room bed sunk in badly so definitely due for a new mattress. The kitchen could use more cooking utensils and supplies. The view was perfect and it accommodated our family.

We stayed at the Splash Resort for the first time last week of August, and it was fantastic. The condo was perfect, and everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils and dishes we needed. The beds were really comfortable. The view of the sea is breathtaking. A big advantage is that we had included with the condo two sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach. The only downside is that the water in the pools was quite cold, so our 4-year-old son didn't want to swim in the pool and preferred to go to the sea. While we were there, there was never a long wait for the elevator. Overall, a great resort and we will definitely come back.

Views of the Gulf of America were beautiful from our balcony. My family and I enjoyed seeing the sunrises and sunsets and watching the aquatic life as well. This condo is on the east side (left tower) floor 12 so while still a ways up not too terrible on height. Overall very clean and well kept with the only minute issue of a light being out above the guest shower. Pretty busy during our stay the first week of June with mainly family and kidos just like us. Traffic was busy the closer to Pier Park you got but not so much near the Splash, usually you could navigate around it. Plenty of things to do if you want something different than the beach for a few days.

Nice Place to Stay

Stay went well. Not really issues, but 1.there was NO storage for clothes in master Bedroom.2. Master bedroom mattress and box springs needs replaced. They had had it. But over all I would give it 5 stars.

Fun Vacation Spot

Condo is well-kept and worked well for our group of six. It has a 12th floor balcony view of the ocean. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Easy access to the beach. The kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch prep. Location was easy drive to lots of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed having the free beach chair service…just make sure you go early to reserve a seat!! Would recommend and would stay here again!

Loved our Stay!

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. With two small children the bunk beds worked out great, and we felt the unit was overall spacious! The property was very kid friendly. We appreciated the included beach chairs/umbrellas. This unit had great amenities, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. We would love to come stay again! So many wonderful memories and photos to take home with us!

Very clean condo. Kids loved the heated pool during the chilly weather! New mattress is desperately need on master bed. Check in isn’t until 4:00, but the registration desk closes at 4:00.

Nice beach view

We had a pleasant time at our condo here! It was the most beautiful view of the ocean front that I’ve witnessed. I loved the being high for that reason, but a few mornings it was 30 min to an hour wait to take the elevator out because it was full of people trying to check out or check in. If it weren’t for that reason then it would have been perfect. My bed was very comfortable and my kids enjoyed having the bunk beds and pull out couch. I would say they need more towels available but we did have washer so we used that! I think it was very fun, and nice place to stay!
