360 Blue dropped the ball on getting us in the system for a gate pass. Called multiple times and security never received the information from 360 Blue needed to get us a gate pass into our Watersound community. It was a hassle to get back in the gate every time we went out. I had to explain the situation every time to the security guard and they almost wouldn’t let us in every time. It became a running joke. Lol Condo also needs some maintenance attention. Broken toilet paper holder in guest bath and the back French doors do not lock, the locking mechanism on one door is actually gone. Thanks
