Overall the place was nice. It was clean and the bunk bed was decently comfortable. Plenty of items in the kitchen. We enjoyed the view from the top floor. We have stayed at this property before and had a better experience previously. The property itself is wonderful and has great amenities! Some cons: The tv in the living room is tiny and broken, so it’s unable to turn off/on, also not a smart tv so channels were limited. Everytime you open the freezer ice will spill out. Keep in mind that this unit is on the top floor (23), so be prepared to wait quite a while for the elevators. You will have to park on another floor and it’s a bit in of a maze getting to the room. The lock on the door did freeze up at one point and wouldn’t let us in the room but I was able to figure out how to reset it. The property owners were responsive. We were very excited when we were offered an extra night at a great discount. After we agreed to this, I got a text the next day saying someone else booked the room so we couldn’t stay anymore. We had already rearranged our schedules and cancelled appointments at home, gotten extra groceries, so it was very disappointing and unfair. I understand they would make more money off of a new booking than us, but I think it was very rude to take that back. We will definitely be back to the resort because we love it there, but will stay at a previous room we used!
