  • MISCELLANEOUS UPKEEP WORK WILL BE DONE ON THE BUILDING THROUGHOUT THE 2025 YEAR AND INTO SPRING OF 2026. INTERMITTENT NOISE IS EXPECTED DURING THIS WORK

    Guest must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Guests under 25 will be required to complete an in-person check in process.

    Enjoy the stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white beaches from this 21st floor Shores of Panama unit. Sassy Sands Sea-scape unit 2115 is a 2 BR 2 BA beachfront condo with amazing Gulf of Mexico oceanfront views. This updated unit features all the comforts of home throughout. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and private bathroom while the unit also hosts a bunk room with access to the second bathroom. The common area also holds a sleeper sofa and space for you and the entire family. Shores of Panama features a beautiful renovated resort pool and access to some of Panama City's best establishments!

    The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

    Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

    The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

    Guest register and pay for parking upon arrival. You get one parking pass and 6 Resort bands for $90.

    Owner provides a beach wagon and back pack cooler and 2-3 beach chairs for your use.

    DISCLAIMER - GUESTS MUST PAY AND REGISTER FOR PARKING AFTER BOOKING. THIS IS PER RULES OF THE BUILDING/PROPERTY THUS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

    INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
    RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Condo room was fine. Property parking garage and elevators were very frustrating. Parking garage was too small, leading to cars running into each other when arriving and exiting. There aren’t enough elevators on the property.

The condo was everything we needed and more. It was so spacious and provided us with everything we needed to complete our vacation. We will definitely be back!

Room was great. Maintenance still being done on property so alot of noise and elevators are slow and broken down alot. Nothing bad with room. We had a wonderful time, just wished the noise and mess was gone. For the money it was a let down. And the beach being closed three days of our stay didn't help either. The construction workers use elevators and clog up flow of people staying there. Id go back but id wait till their completed with renovation before i did again

This is my second time staying at Shore of Panama. The resort is in walking distance to Walmart, Waffle House, Pineapple Willys and much more. The views are amazing and they had a live band two of the three nights that we stayed. The property was clean but the cleaners did forget to put a trash bag in the kitchen trash can and didn't have an extra one under the sink. Luckily I did bring some so it was no big deal.The down side to this resort is the elevator wait time. I can not describe how horrible the wait time is and how packed they get between floors making it almost impossible to get on. Also, the heat can be a bit unbearable inside because they do not have any air circulating. I was on the 21st floor so taking the stairs was out of the question for me.

Spring break destination!

The place was super ideal, very clean and lots of stuff around it. Cort gave us all the details, where good restaurants were and where the fun was! Super comfy and all the necessary appliances- pots, pans, silverware, etc. 10/10 stay!

5 stars. Everything was perfect. There was a problem with the air conditioner and the response was very quick. Despite it being 10 pm. We had a perfect view and we enjoyed our stay there.

From watching the dolphins play overlooking the spacious balcony to enjoying the largest pool I’ve yet to see at any resort - this is A treasure. Please if you come, show respect and treat this place as your own. Amazing owners and contact is grade A

Shores of Panama

The condo was really nice and had a great view of the Gulf. It was the perfect size for our family and we enjoyed the balcony. Shores of Panama is a huge complex which isn’t for everyone so keep that in mind. Our host, Cort, was super helpful, responsive and made the whole check in / check out process really easy.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the elevators. This place could use about 5 more elevators. The wait on them is insane. But we loved the condo.

Great property but annoying management

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed all aspects of the unit. The only issue was the property rules and management. It felt like you being watched constantly which was uncomfortable and weird!

Beautiful Condo!!! Gorgeous views & great location!

The condo building itself is just stunning! The pool area is beautiful! It's as your at some resort right by the ocean! Loved how clean the entire property is and how safe and secure it is. The property is very well maintained, the condo unit that we stayed in was very clean and beautiful! Our balcony views were amazing!!! The condo unit manager was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions that we had. Highly recommend the Shores of Panama!!!!

Review

All of the bed sheets and towels smelled very musty. I had to go buy new sheets from target. When I took the sheets off the mattress pad was completely yellow and dirty. The ladder to the bunk bed was broken with screws hanging out. The bunk room closet is not accessible due to the ladder being in the way. The price for the stay was decent, but the property needs major work.
