All good except…

The inside was clean and a very good location. The elevators were extremely slow and crowded. And someone kept parking in my spot which made me have to look for another one. It took a long time for me to get my spot and the only reason i got my assigned parking spot that i paid for, was because the people finished their stay. I wasn’t refunded my parking fee of the $80 something dollars even though my assigned spot was taken multiple times.

The room did not feel clean. There was mold on the bathtub shower curtain and beside the shower. The pool was not clean. Long wait for elevators without air conditioning.

Great Resort

Was a great trip. Nice unit on 20th floor so Elevators were easier. Being at the top few floors shortens wait for elevators cuz its never full as it descends to your floor. Place was bright and clean. View was amazing, staff was friendly. Pool was amazing.

For the past 15 years, we have been in Panama City almost every year and sometimes twice a year. But this is the worst condo we have stayed. Condo needs major upgrade. Furnitures are way too old. We was afraid that the chair will brake when sitting. The sofa is in the bad shape. The fridge is too old and not working probably, and water was leaking out. My wife couldn’t even sleep on the bed because it make loud noise when we twisted and turned. The door closure was broken who knows how long ago and left a hole on the wall. Kitchen cabinet needs an upgrade. Condo needs to repaint. The sliding door couldn’t be lock. The bottom line is the whole condo needs to be upgraded.

Very disappointing property

We were so excited to take our children away for Christmas. We checked in and went up to our room and we’re instantly disappointed. The room was not cleaned properly and was not up to safety code for sure. We have a 2 and 3 year old, and the front door didn’t even shut properly or have an inside lock. The balcony door lock didn’t work. There were scuff all over the walls, the baseboards were filthy, the ceiling fan was gross, there were holes in the walls, etc. I took photos of it all and sent to the property manager and she came up with several excuses such as those things are considered deep cleaning and we only do that in the off season. Said she can send someone up with a magic eraser to clean if we wanted. She refused to give us any of our money back but said we could move rooms so we did. The next room still was not cleaned properly but was better than the last one. It still did not have an inside lock so a toddler could easily walk right out. I told her we would tolerate it but would not be staying here again. Also had several water leaks while we were there and no one seemed to care to clean them up so all the water froze and was just a solid sheet of ice.

Not clean and hotel too big and overcrowded

When we first arrived my son stepped on a piece of glass and cut his foot in the condo. When we looked around for it we discovered how dirty the floor actually was. We reported it but it didn't look like it has been cleaned so we vacuumed it ourselves. Then the sheets on the bunk bed had hairs in them. We used the washer and cleaned all the sheets. The sink in the bunk bath wouldn't drain, the stopper was stuck down. How did someone clean the bathroom and not use any water or notice that? That was repaired sometime the next day while we were out but we were never notified. And by repaired I mean the just pulled the stopper out completely and left it on the counter. The ac in the unit would not go below 70. I've never been somewhere that the air is programmed to only go so low. The condo is older and it shows. The fold out couch is very uncomfortable. But the worst part about the whole place is the elevators. There are not enough elevators for everyone there and one of the two in each area is almost always out of service. Being on the 20th floor you wait FOREVER to go anywhere. And the parking spot is on the 10th level. It is a nightmare going up and down 10 levels to go anywhere. The beach is gorgeous but with almost 800 units in Shores, huge condos on the right, and Pineapple Willys and Laketown Wharf crowd on the left, you are elbow to elbow on the beach. We had to set our chairs up at 7am to get a spot at the water.

Experience of 2022 in Room 2025

The Condo was not cleaned very well. One of the dresser drawers in the master bedroom was broke could not use it, ice maker was broke, the coffee maker was filthy. The kitchen is no stocked very well with pots or pans to cook with. Paint is peeling off the base boards and walls. We did not have a small child but is not for small children to be around. Just needs a deep cleaning and updating

Beach view

This condo is everything a couple or small family would want. The elevators are great you are on a high floor so it takes a minute. No issues with parking. That was everything in the condo one could need. I don't think we could have asked for a better view. I was lucky to find this at such a last minute and I will definitely book here again

Overall good!

The condo was clean, and we enjoyed our stay! Very nice resort! The elevator wait time was pretty lengthy and the tv in the master bedroom had no signal our last two nights but we would definitely stay here again

Overall loved the room, the pool, and of course the location! The condo needs double the elevators though! Not the owners fault but waiting 30 minutes to get on the elevator was less than desirable with two little kids.
