The fully equipped, beautifully upgraded kitchen provides views out across the Gulf of Mexico, granite countertops, all major appliances, lots of storage space and everything you'll need for cooking up any meals on vacation. The living room offers a comfortable family space with plenty of seating, plus a pull out sleeper sofa if required. When it comes time to do laundry the condo boasts a separate utility room with full sized washer/dryer for your convenience.

Shores of Panama charges a parking/resort fee of $105.00. This is per stay, and not per person. This fee provides your parking pass plus wristbands for all guests in your party - giving you access to all the amenities including private beach access, pools, fitness center etc. You will pick up your packet from the concierge at the resort upon arrival.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.
Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

Wonderful
The place was clean and updated. The host answered all questions and was very accommodating when I needed help. Definitely a more lively part of the beach which is exactly what my daughter and her friends wanted. Very short Walking distance to Pineapple Willy’s, a little further to Walmart and directly in the beach. Elevators were spread out and did t have problems getting on and off. Coffee shop was great.

The place was very clean and nice when we first walked in. On the website , it did mention that there would be construction on the outer parts of the building. However, it did not mention that our balcony would be blocked off.Our bedroom window would be blocked off. No mention of construction happening right next to where we were staying. Particles made our balcony bad because of the blocking off our both , when you got no sun. I couldn't even keep my windows curtains open because I had workers rate at my windows. Not to mention that they were plastic and taped from the outside.So I did not even have a view of the beach from my bedroom. A handle was broken on the door which a maintenance man did show up to fix that. They did not make us aware of that.He walked right in as my daughter was getting ready to change in her bathing suit.Thank goodness she had not taken her pants off.Because her bedroom door was open. To stay there when there is no construction might be better but this was our first time there and I will not go back

Only complaint was the traffic along hotel. Wont be back on Spring Break too many young kids looking for trouble made me little uncomfortable. Pool was nice but water very cold. Kids enjoyed it though nice hot tub!
