This condo was perfection for myself & family. The owner is amazing to deal with, very attentive & fast communication. The condo is right beside the elevators, you can be at the pools, beach or your car within 2min. It was exactly as described, even had 2 chairs & beach toys available plus beach service provided. My kids loved the bunkbeds & the huge balcony. We watched 3 pods of dolphins swimming by on our 1st day there. We will absolutely be renting from Ray again & recommending his place to others!

Girls Beach Getaway

The view was spectacular! The condo overlooks two pools and the beach, which is just steps away from the building. It was nicely decorated and equipped, and quite comfortable for 4 adults. Shopping and entertainment is in close proximity, with some being within walking distance. The owner was very responsive and polite. Would recommend to others.

We love Seychelles and have visited numerous times in the past 8-10 years. Condo #405 was wonderful! Clean, very spacious, and the owners were fabulous! I have never stayed at a condo right off the elevator boy was I excited when I saw that the bedroom was facing the ocean. This condo is beautiful clean has everything you need inside including a very nice coffee maker that does K cups or a pot the patio is huge, the bed was very comfortable Another thing I loved is it's the fourth floor And you can see everything I will be asking to stay here every summer🌴🌴

First Lower Floor Condo Stay

We typically try to go for penthouse or at the very least a higher floor condo. We decided to make an exception this year after having to climb 23 flights of stairs last year multiple times (completely different condo building) despite having checked over reviews and finding no complaints regarding elevators. I’m glad we decided to take that chance. While there weren’t significant elevator issues at Seychelles, we could easily take the steps for the one floor difference to get to our vehicle or vice versa if we didn’t want to wait on the elevator. We didn’t experience an excess of street/pool noise which is usually a concern for lower condos. I also worried the beach would be so over crowded because of its location, but it never felt like that. Everything on the property functioned properly and was very clean. Seychelles also still uses the wooden beach chairs, which I personally prefer. I highly suggest a stay here!

We Didn't Want to Leave!!!

This was our first family vacation ever ( we are a family of 6). What drew me to selecting this VRBO were the numerous 5 STAR reviews that Ray had received and boy does he live up to them all. Ray's communication was thorough and so very much appreciated. He checked in on us to make sure everything went smoothly as well as gave us wonderful recommendations on where to eat and activities to take part in. Waking up to those beautiful ocean views every morning felt like a dream. The convenience of being able to bounce from the two pools (and hot tub) to walking a few steps down and submerging ourselves in the ocean is an understatement. Regarding the condo layout, it was the perfect size for out family of 6 and we loved the ability to do laundry and also having 2 bathrooms. Thank you Ray, we will definitely be back to create more wonderful family memories.

Amazing

We completely enjoyed our stay at Seychelles 405. The condo was beautiful, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed. View from the large balcony was absolutely amazing. Owner is extremely kind, caring and helpful during our time there. Easy access to two pools, one was heated and a hot tube. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Third time but won’t be the last!

Third time staying in this condo. Ray is excellent about keeping you informed and great to work with. We love Seychelles area and location. The condo is well equipped with everything we needed and we were pleased with all it has to offer. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

My wife and I stayed the week and look forward to coming back again soon. Ray, the owner provided excellent communication throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed at Seychelles resort before but this condo was by far the best.

Summer Vacation

This property was perfect. The owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful. The kitchen accessories were much better than any other rental unit I’ve stayed in, and the full size washer and dryer were awesome. Being right next to Schooners was wonderful. We would stay here again!!! If you’re on the fence about staying here, do it!

Wonderful!

Was my daughters senior trip. Absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have asked for it to be any better. It was six of us had plenty of room. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Nice kitchen well equipped. Breathing taking view from the balcony with comfortable seating. It was nice and clean. My favorite thing was the dehumidifier best thing ever. Loved it !

Great condo and owner

This condo has high quality kitchen utensils, all kinds of beach things to use, and decorated tastefully. The owner was great to communicate with and tried to fix the few problems that came up. His cleaning crew left a little to be desired. Dirty dishes, dust buildup in the bathroom vents, and dirty kleenex under the bed. Ray was informed about these few things and tried to make it right asap. I would highly recommend this condo and Ray is great to work with.

Amazing stay!

You can’t go wrong with this property. Ray, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a stress free vacation. This unit is top notch and Seychelles Resort is the best in PCB in my opinion. Great vacation!

Wonderful as always

Second time we’ve stayed here. Place was ready on time and very clean. Excellent communication with Ray. Have never been as happy with a VRBO owner as we have with him. This is great place if you want to get out of the pier park chaos. Quieter side of Panama and great for families.

We will be back!

My family and I have been coming to PCB for 10 years. We have stayed at several different properties and Seychelles fit our needs the best! Ray is amazing to work with. He provides customer service that goes above and beyond. My husband and I slept like babies in the king size bed and high thread count sheets. All appliances were updated and clean. Staying on the 4th floor helps avoid the elevators during high traffic times. I highly recommend staying on the east end and at Seychelles!
