Summer Vacation

Property was off the water as stated as well as a full ocean view off balcony. Condo was clean and for the most part well equipped. We had a family of 6 so there was not a lot of towels so we had to wash constantly. Please bring beach towels, and extra towels if you dont want to wash. Elevator access was a PAIN!! A round trip from the 17th floor down to ground level and back up will take you about 15-20 min so be prepared and patient. Overall, the property was nice and kept up. There are a lot of different fees like paying VRBO, vacassa, the more fees once checked in.

Great location!

We've stayed in this unit before and it is perfectly located! Walking distance to our favorite oyster place and a beautiful spot on the beach. Very nice condo with everything you need. However we did notice this time it wasn't as clean. All the bedding had stains and there was an old sock left from the prior tenants in the bedroom. Also the towels were tiny and rough...like the kind you get at a cheap hotel. Also no blow dyer which seemed odd given everything else provided. But with some upgrades to the linens would be a 5 star!

Never again

Within minutes of waking up there was a loud obnoxious pounding on the door. Before my husband could get to the door he started hearing the keypad being accessed. This means someone is trying to get in! He immediately went into defense mode and opened the door to confront whoever was on the other side. It was a very, very rude maintence guy demanding access. I called Vacasa, lady said there are NO open tickets for the room and if they come back to call the police. Thankfully they did not come back however the rest of the time there we were not as ease incase they did. Very unnerving to know that they are not aware of which units are occupied or not and just will override the door code to come in. The resort was fine for the most part. We will definitely not stay here again. My daughter was so scared she hit the floor in front of the couch to take cover as she didn't know what the ruckus was about outside.

Perfect Condo

Our trip was Oct 9-13, 2023. I have to admit, after I booked the condo I was a little nervous to learn it was on the 17th floor and that there was complaints about the elevators. Once we got to the condo, it was perfect. The view is amazing. The condo is beautiful and we had no problems at all with elevator waits. There is a single elevator just out the door to the right that we used often, but even the main elevator wasnt a long wait. In the emails from Vacasa it states their busy times are 9:30 to 10:30 and 3:30 to 4:30 I believe so we did try to avoid those times. Pool areas are nice and convenient. Location of the property is great. Close to Pier Park, walmart and lots of restaurants. Check in / check out was a breeze. We had no issues that required us to contact management but they did reach out to us twice before check in to make sure things went smooth and sent periodic texts about checkout. Was able to checkout thru text and just drop off our bracelets on the way out. Would definitely recommend this property!

This rental had everything we wanted. Food, pool, hot tubs, easy beach access, great ocean view and even a movie theater. The ONLY con is the elevator system. With 30 floors it takes awhile. Get ready to wait and jump on any chance you get.

Amazing Location and Stay

Our stay was amazing! The location of the property was perfect. A huge plus was the parking deck with connecting walkway bridge. Check in was super easy. The only thing that can be said negatively is the wait on the elevator was a little rough but mainly on check in and check out times. That is to be expected anywhere in the peak vacation season. Other than that everything was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortably fit my family of 5. The view from the balcony was a beautiful unobstructed beach view. This has become our new yearly go to condo location.

It was okay

It was beautiful when we walked in. Clean and well decorated but we soon realized there was no cable hooked up in the bedroom. Called Vacasa to get help and they responded quickly. But they had to call the cable provider yo fix it which they couldn’t come out until the day before we left. Why wasn’t this fixed before we paid for it? I don’t know but if we would have known it we would not have paid all that money for it. The tv in the bedroom is a big part of our daily routine. It’s how I put my son to sleep is watching tv in the bed. So cleanliness and decorations were great but they just rented it out with the tv out. Very upset about it! They knew! There is no way no one else reported it before us. I mean the remote for that controls the tv and the cable was gone so they knew. Shame on you for not having everything ready! Just that one little thing changed our vacation drastically and had to deal with maintenance and phone calls for most of the stay.

Beautiful condo!

Loved the condo, a lot bigger than it looked in the photos. It was myself and my three kids 6 and under. There is security everywhere which made it feel secure. The parking/luggage cart/wristband stuff we a little annoying but i understand why they do it. I would definitely come back and stay again

Nice place and within walking distance to Pier Park

Although the chair arms were broken, they were still comfortable. The front doors were filthy when we arrived, but were painted while we were inside, except the peep hole and handle were covered as well. We git a little pain on us. Overall we would definitely stay here again!!
