Well equipped condo! The only complaint is the couch and love seat are stained and worn out. They were uncomfortable to sit on. Everything else was great!

The place was good but needs some improvements

The location and convenience of this unit was perfect!! My only complaint is the inside desperately needs some up grades. The furniture was old and worn out, not comfortable at all… the beds were hard, it could use ceiling fans, updated appliances, and a new fridge that had a ice maker that actually worked

We were not allowed to check in a little early while my daughter in another condo could. The TVs in the bedrooms never worked even though they lied to us and told us they came and fixed them only to find out a day or so later they weren’t fixable because they didn’t have the Direct TV equipment needed. There was no cell service inside the condo you had to go out almost to the parking lot to get reception this was never disclosed up front even though when I asked about it they acted like I should just have accepted it. I am not someone who writes bad reviews but this really affected our trip because the amenities we expected weren’t there and they lied to us about taking care of it.

Sunrise Views

Sunrise views from the balcony, Condo is located at the western end of PCB and is quieter and less crowded. This condo, while clean and comfortable, is in the midst of renovation and some details still need to be worked out (master bath is dark and dark tile in the shower , while attractive, makes it cave-like). Still enjoyable and we'd rent again.

Pinnacle Port- Spring Review

Loved the overall location. Not as congested as in PCB. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. Loved being on the beach and not crowded.

Overall stay

The place was neat and clean except for sand on the loveseat cushions. The kitchen could use more teaspoons (only 1 was there) and other items in kitchen could be replaced (such as pots and pans). The furniture is old and could be replaced also. The lampshades in the main bedroom are cracked in many places. But we were close to the elevators and it was a quiet area. Pool was great. Didn't like that we had to take our trash out - thought the cleaning people would of done that. Couldn't get TV in bedrooms to work and the handle on main bedroom kept falling off. I know I could of called to get it fixed but we were only there 2 nights so didn't bother. It would be nice if there had been a hairdryer in bathroom.

short, good trip

The property was not as clean as it should be AT ALL! The toilet seat had fresh stains on it! There was lots of hair in the bathrooms on baseboards, walls, floor etc. The couches need to be replaced. They are awful!!!

Wonderful location

Location was excellent. One plus was the short walking distance from the condo to the beach. Another plus was the less crowded area. One of my best experiences staying at the beach. Kitchen did need a few things - hot pads, baking pans. There was 1 dish to bake in which was not enough. Bedrooms could use a ceiling fan. All in all a great trip !! I would not discourage renting this condo due to the items mentioned above - it would have been more accommodating to have the additional cooking items.

Location! Location!

This was exactly as listed, if not better! This unit was very clean, had a great view, and comfortable beds. This unit is comfortable for 4 people- we had 2 adults and 2 kids. It was so easy to go back and forth from the beach (a necessity with 2 little kids). I love that it had a washer and dryer (and included 1 pack of detergent). This was super helpful for drying wet clothes and washing towels. They did provide bath towels, I did not have beach towels so I did have to use their towels at the beach- so I should have brought at least one beach towel- but it was fine because we had the washer/dryer. Although this may seem it is within walking distance to food (breakfast/dinner) it's a bit far. It is about a mile walk to where you check-in, where there are a few restaurants and shops. We did walk it, and it was fine- just be prepared that it is not super close. There was one beach chair, an umbrella, and a boogie board in the unit to use at the beach. I love this! We added some beach toys to this, we bought some and it was too many to bring back- so enjoy! The sound of the ocean from this unit is amazing. Just open the door and relax! There are comfortable chairs on the balcony that are bar height so that you can see over the railing to the beautiful view (these are super sturdy- my kids were fine sitting on them). The outside of this place does resemble a WWII building (big and cement), this place is seriously lacking in charm. It is not at all cute and "beachy". But for the price, location, and view- I was willing to look over the tremendous lack of curb appeal. This place is about a 5-minute drive to Rosemary Beach- where we did go out to eat. Super close and convenient. It is also right across from Publix supermarket. I would stay here again! Easy check-in, easy to connect to Wifi, easy to access the beach- overall excellent few days of sun, sand, and surf!

The condo was nice but couple of things to note. There is no tv in bedroom and only only one daybed/ couch in living room so if more than 2 people not enough places to sit. Couple or one chair would be nice. View was incredible and resort well maintained

Summer’s last hurrah

Just what two teachers needed to get in some last minute relaxation and recreation. The beach was amazing! Whoever cued the dolphins , crystal clear water and powder white sand - thank you! Our unit was marine kitch and added to the ambience. Everyone on the premises was happy to help a eager to please.

Beautiful Property but needs a little more kitchen supplies

This condo is beautiful inside and has an amazing view! The check in process was very easy and we were even allowed in a couple hours early! The bedroom is spacious and the day bed in the living room doubles as a couch and was great for napping!! My only complaint is that the kitchen lacked the basics for anyone that is traveling to the property via a plane! No toaster and no bowls, containers to prepare food. No wine glasses either a must on vacation! Unfortunate I did not see on the original posting that there wasn’t WIFi available!😩. It is listed in amenities so it was my oversight but something so basic in 2019 they should highlight this in the description! I would rent again at this property but this unit only of WiFi and thebmithecnnsupplies were improved.

Unit needs updating

The location was wonderful. The view from this unit and accessibility to the beach was great. The unit needs to update the bathroom and kitchen. The shower door if can't be cleaned properly should be replaced.
