Great weekend getaway for us and friends. Plenty of room and everything we needed. Unit was clean and well kept. View from this corner unit is great. Parking on same level as unit is a plus, no waiting on an elevator. Weather was cool so I can’t comment on the pool and other amenities. One word of caution, watch out for the feet on the iron bed. It’s a toe getter in the middle of the night bathroom run. (Ha Ha!! Ouch!!)

The view was the best view our family has ever experienced from a condo, and we have stayed in many. Gorgeous sunsets! So spacious and had everything we needed, and convenient to walk to everything we’d need and want.

Balcony view was beautiful. Location of room was good from the parking deck and ability to take the stairs down to the pool instead of waiting on the elevator. The TV'S in Master and 2nd bedroom would not work on cable channels but luckily we brought our Amazon Firestick and used them to stream channels.

Great location. No issues with anything. There is major construction going on at the resort along with construction happening next door. Lots of noise and debris...but, we stay on the beach and are always on the move doing things. After hours its all quiet. Beds comfortable and 3 bathrooms were nice! A/C cooled very well. We will be back!

We had a great time! Condo could’ve been a little cleaner when we arrived however we did call and we were asked if we wanted housekeeping to come back and we just decided not to. There was a maintenance issue with the air conditioning. They were out the next day. Very friendly, very prompt service. All in all a really great experience!

Loved the property…parking lot was not the best…the door from the bedroom did not open onto the balcony …if we would have bought our handicap dad…this room was not very handicapped accessible…other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Family Beach Vacation

The property was clean. Minor matenance issues were promptly addressed after they were reported. Their rule of no one in the pool area to see the sunrise was totally unwarranted. The parking lot staff need training on customer service and how to give clear information regarding parking passes, etc.

Decent Stay

The condo with clean and prepared as advertised. Some new outdoor furniture would be an excellent investment, the glass table is on its last leg. Wrap around balcony and view were great. Not specifically condo related, but the elevators at this facility are awful. Bonus to this unit for easy stair access!

Down by the sea

Overall everything was good. Not enough seating in living room. On arrival one bathroom was dirty but I called and housekeeping came right over. Parking garage is a nightmare with people speeding thru. Would like to be able to purchase an extra parking pass for on site. Overflow parking is a good distance certainly when it is raining. It was a convenient location. Does need an exterminator to visit as there were bugs/roaches in several rooms

Nice Spot

Positives: great location, comfy beds, beautiful view, don’t have to rely on elevators, close to pool and beach, privacy, area outside room for beach stuff so you don’t have to drag it into your condo, fully stocked, clean, reserved parking right by your room, large balcony, bedrooms and bathrooms are all separate so everyone has privacy Negatives: IF you need to use the elevator (we had to park our second car on 7th floor) it is a nightmare- they do not work properly and there aren’t nearly enough for the size of the building- wait is LONG, dryer does not dry- so even though plenty of towels were provided, it was a struggle to wash and reuse them, we were never able to connect to WiFi.

Perfect vacation

We’ve stayed at Shores of Panama a few times. Condo 201 was the perfect place to stay. Parking close on the same floor and no need to use the elevators. We will definitely book again. We had no issues, did not need to contact the manager. We had a great vacation with family!

Good stay

Good veiw. Nice proximity to the pool and parking. Grads loved the pool. Had issue with paperwork but managment handled promptly. Which makes it a plus for them. Would definetely recommend.

Overall good condo

Reserving the condo and checking in was a breeze! I loved being on the second floor and you have one designated parking space that is on the second level so it is so easy to get to and from your car and you never have to worry if you will find a spot. One of my favorite things about this listing. The condo was overall ok and met our needs. The kitchen utensils and supplies need to be replenished. The master bathroom shower is very weak but useable. There are two very big pools but they are always packed!! It is very hard to get a chair. If you are wanting to be in the middle of everything in PCB then you would enjoy this location. But even though there was a lot of people on the resort the condo was very well insulated and never heard any noise. And as a side note. The windows and door in the master bedroom don’t open. A bit disappointing not to have the ocean breeze and sounds of waves at night.

Disappointed

I will start by saying a condo on the 2nd floor with a private parking spot is the ticket! You can not go wrong for convenience, you never need to wait for elevators. Nor is it a far walk to the pool or beach. What I am disappointed about is when we got the text message that the condo was ready for early check-in, we get to the door and the cleaning crew is still in there and stated it would be 20 more minutes. I am thankful we got early check-in and they were actually cleaning, however we waited for almost 1 & 1/2 hours. The communication between departments is terrible. The description of the “new mattress” on the couch is not true. The first night we were going to bed and open the pullout couch and it is beyond obvious is it broken and the “new mattress” looks like a animal ate at it. I just don’t understand, if your cleaning crew is cleaning then shouldn’t they communicate that with the property manager? We did get a air mattress the next day and I also got a credit for the issue. However, it is frustrating when we spend this amount of money and you call prior to your vacation to verify the “new mattress” and was told the description is correct and that wasn’t the case when we arrive. Then the day it’s time to check out right when 10:00 am hits we have the cleaning crew at the door with a new pullout couch. That upset me because you never called to offer installment while we were there for a week or explain that you guys were ordering one and may have it before our stay ends. Also the fact that the cleaning crew is knocking on our door to start cleaning.. I’m sorry but if you made us wait on a early check-in and a air mattress, you will need to wait. We were out by 10:15 am. The tub drains took forever to drain. Besides that the condo was nice, roomy, and the AC works. Most of the grounds workers besides the ice cream shop are rude and seems like they hate their job. A lot of amenities on the complexes ground but also a lot of people… a lot.

Condo on the beach.

First of all it is on the 2nd floor which in this building is great. We didn't need to use the elevators at all. We could see the beach from our balcony. The pool area was also great except for a few grumpy old people who didn't want to be splashed. When we got there we realized that none of the TV's worked so we called to get someone to come fix them. It took two days to get everything done and then only one TV worked. On Sunday when I washed a load of towels we found out that the dryer didn't work. So we called again and had someone to come out and fix the dryer. It still doesn't work well but with two cycles it will dry. They really need to get new maid service because the place was not real clean. Hopefully it was when we left. Even with all the problems we had a good vacation. We loved the beach.
