The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The tub in the master bedroom needs replacing The quilt wasn’t clean If you turn n the hot water in the kitchen it wakes Everyone up Television in the master bedroom had all the cords pulled out you shouldn’t pay this money a condo needing so much work It was embarrassing to ask my friends to use that bathroom

Clean unit with great views

Great location, view and property. All codes worked. Furniture was in great condition (lots of living room seating!) and plenty of kitchen supplies. Great beach and pool. Plenty of parking. Our only negatives are the master shower: it’s old and permanently stained. Also, the unit isn’t available until 5:00 which was late compared to other units. We did get a text saying it was available early which was such a wonderful surprise and super helpful. We’ve stayed at Edgewater three times and this is our favorite unit so far. We would stay again.

Ladies trip

I never leave a review but I always read every review before I decide on a location. I picked this location for the beautiful tropical pool and beach access. I wasn’t expecting the big pool to be so far away. If you don’t like walking a lot this may not be the option for you. The large pool is 3 buildings away. There is a small pool attached to this building though and it’s ok. The tables and chairs around the small pool didn’t have umbrellas so there wasn’t any shade. This condo is nice but outdated. Master bath was dirty and the floor was sticky in places so we had to clean. We notified the property manager and they were happy to send someone to clean again. We also found dirty towels in the fold out couch bed. We also notified the property manager. Several things were broken so we notified the property manager. The master bed mattress was very hard. We ate at the Ocean’s restaurant and it was good. The entrance/exit gate for this building didn’t work our entire stay so it took time to get in and out of the facility. All in all we had a great time.

Golf trip 2023

First the good stuff. Plenty of towels and wash rags. Much appreciated. Comfy furniture and beds. Lovely view and parking was good. The negatives. Unit was 79 degrees inside when we arrived and only cooled to 76 by the next morning. It took an entire day to reach 70. Windows need cleaning. Master bath needs a major renovation. My main gripe was the outdoor furniture. It did not match the advertised pictures at all. It looked like someone had taken it from a rundown Motel 6. As much money as it cost to stay, I would have expected much better. Our favorite thing to do is sit on the balcony and enjoy the evening views. Because of the outdoor furniture, we did not do that this time.

Great condo with great view!

Wonderful property right on the beach! My family had no issues (other than tracking sand everywhere!) coming and going to anything we wanted to do. Beach area was super clean and access was easy to navigate. We enjoyed our stay!

Issues that need to be addressed with this unit

This unit was not quite what I thought. The couch’s are disgusting, the balcony furniture is not at all what was pictured when I booked this unit and there’s a few other issues that need to be addressed. Won’t be back to this unit!

Everything was very nice except for the furniture in the living/ dining space. It was old, dirty and not comfortable at all. Owner should really break down and invest in upgrading it. Bedrooms were nice and guest bathroom was nice. Master bath definitely need an update. Especially the tub.

Renting this property was very simple as always with VRBO. My granddaughter was home on leave from the military and wanted to get together with all of her siblings, five of them. We had a great time.

Quite beach location!

Overall good.. The beach was not busy at all. We could sleep in and still get on the water and no one behind us.. Great view.. The condo could use updating.. the Ice maker was repaired the day before we left. AC worked well.. Furniture was soiled.. Balcony needs pressure washing.. everything else is good.. Bonus! We did not have to wait for an elevator.

No cable...could not get wifi..workers on scaffold at least twice daily.hanging outside our window.

Would not stay there again..for cost expected more. All amenities were offered at main building...we were in #5..no shops..pool ..hot tubs..never did find one..no info in room advising where things were ...very disappointed..

Great location and views, keep expectations low

The pictures are a bit deceiving, this property is definitely a beach rental. Great views, but worn out. We did have a water leak issue, which Emerald Beach responded to very quickly. They dispatched a plumber to address a leak at the hot water heater and it was fixed the following morning. Things that went well: -The views were excellent -The location was perfect for the Ironman weekend. Could not have asked for better. -Mattresses in both rooms were very comfortable -Very new fridge in the kitchen was nice and made lots of ice -The check in and check out process was very smooth Areas for improvement: -The unit is definitely a rental and is maintained accordingly. -There was a leak around one of the sliding glass doors which let in the full ocean wind and humidity. I had to stuff towels in the air gap to seal it up and, after almost 2 days, the unit finally cooled off and dried out. -There were coffee grounds left molding in the coffee pot and hairs in the towels. -The furniture is definitely worn out. The couches were pretty dirty and there is no way they could be considered comfortable, either for sitting or to pull out the mattress and sleep on. -The flatware and dishes all had a film on them. We had to wash everything and run it all through the dishwasher to get it clean to make meals. Perfect location for an Ironman/beach weekend, but the unit is worn out and clearly a rental.

Pictures can be deceiving…

First of all, this property was smaller than the pictures made it look including the balcony. That was the first statement we all made as soon as we walked in. The pics on the listing had to be old. The patio furniture was not the same as showed. In fact, the chairs were cheap and wobbly. The glass table was broken as well. All of the furniture needs to be updated. The couch and love seat had a stench and looked stained. Both of the showers leaked and caused the ceiling to be wet and show water marks from previous leaks. The beds were comfortable but the master bed was squeaky. One of the lamps did not work in the master bedroom either and 2 lamps were the only lighting it had. There was no info in the rooms about the pools, gift shop, or tram service. We actually waited on the tram and it never showed. I called the front desk and they said they would send one and it never showed. If you stay in Tower I, II, or III, you probably wouldn’t experience this. This condo is at the very end and very neglected. I called about the hair salon and massage place that was in the description of the resort in this post and was told there was NOT a hair salon or massage place. The only positive things to say about this condo is check in was easy and location was great! With all that said, we won’t be back to stay here again.
