This fabulous bedroom/3 bathroom property has plenty of space for everyone. With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, granite counter tops, high end cabinetry, ceiling fans and spa like bathrooms, this condo has it all! From your two private beachfront balconies, you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sands known for generations as the "Miracle Mile"! This property comfortably sleeps up to 10 in 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a twin bed.

Minimum rental age is 25.
No pets allowed by the Resort.
No smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas on the first and ground floor.
Smoking & vaping is prohibited on balconies, in elevators, elevator lobbies, stairwells, walkways to units, and pool decks.

You must register in advance for parking/amenities at Boardwalk. Prior to your arrival you will receive a link register and pay the fees directly to the resort. The registration fee is NOT included in your reservation. Your registration packet is picked up from security from arrival. You are limited to 2 parking passes. There is a parking deck and open air parking. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. Vehicle Reg Fees ($50 per vehicle) & Armbands ($6 each).

The great room's huge leather sectional sofa and an ultra wide screen Smart TV are great for relaxing with your family and friends. Enjoy the Gulf view from the comfort of the great room or step onto your private balcony for a panoramic view of the majestic Gulf of Mexico. The view is awesome, you're sure to be enchanted by the emerald waters and sugar white sand. Your en-suite bathroom is like a spa with a separate dressing area, a large walk in closet and a huge walk in shower with a heavenly soaking tub. You'll love our fluffy towels.

You can sleep to the sounds of the ocean in the guest bedroom, too! You'll enjoy a luxurious queen size bed and a window with a picture postcard ocean view. This room has a large TV, too. The adjacent bathroom has an elegantly tiled walk-in shower.

There's a small bedroom with a twin bed that's every kid's dream. It's a real room! The kids will love having their own private oasis.

The second main suite has a private entry and a private ocean view balcony. It has a king-size bed and large TV. The efficiency kitchen in this suite has a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker for preparing simple meals and snacks. You can enjoy a hot shower after a day at the beach in the luxurious en-suite bathroom! You'll feel like you are at the spa!
