You have a wonderful fully equipped kitchen to make family dinners and the adjacent dining area to have great conversations while you prepare your meals. You have a convenient half bath/laundry space right off of the kitchen for guests. A wonderful living room gives you access to the first of two (2) balconies with a serene view of Lake Powell. Upstairs are your bedrooms. The master bedroom ensuite has its own three (3) piece bathroom with a tub/shower combination and private balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf, while your guest room has a perfectly appointed three (3) piece hall bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling tiled shower.
