We loved the location on the lower lagoon and the unit is very customized and NOT just a "cookie cutter" condo unit. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. We could have stayed forever!

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay! We stayed before, through & after July 4th. The condo was clean, updated & comfy. The starter amenities of dish soap, dishwasher pod, toilet paper & soaps were much appreciated. Everything worked & we had no issues checking in or with anything being broken or not working. We did not have to call the owner for a thing! Having chairs already reserved & paid daily was awesome! No worries about having somewhere to lounge each day. Despite the size of the building & few elevators, we had no big issues with extremely long waits. A little longer on the holiday weekend, but still not bad. The elevators were kept really clean during our entire 10 day stay. Housekeeping was really on point with common areas despite the fairly large building.Although we never really used the pool or hot tub, it was never super crowded & also maintained well. It was nice to have the snack bar close by. The reserved, covered parking was also a great amenity that was included, which was appreciated since we drove to the location. We used Uber & Lyft most of the rest of the time to get to restaurants & there was no real issue getting a pick up there either. We did hit the Dollar General up once while there to grab a few things. It was a very short drive from the building which was good to get the handful of items we found we needed that we forgot at the grocery which is several miles away.Loved the balcony & the views of the beach &’sunsets.Bed was super comfy!Would def stay again!

This property was EXACTLY as described! The unit was clean, comfy, and plenty of room. The beach chairs were an amazing bonus. There were sand toys for the kids. We left two floats we couldn't bring back and another tent we used for the kids chairs. Overall great experience and will book again.

A pleasant stay

I have always liked this side of Panama City Beach, beautiful view and much less crowded. The apartment complex is on the nicer end, and the communication with the property manager was seamless. My family wanted to go back to this condo as soon as we left.

Beautiful condo

We had a great week at The Watercrest. The condo is located on the quieter end of the beach, which we prefer. It has been beautifully updated. The views are amazing! John and Denise made the check in process so easy. Can’t wait to come back!

Late May 2024 Stay

I stay at Watercrest every time we go to PCB....this condo was modern/updated and as nice as any one I've stayed at in the facility. We would most definitely stay at this one in the future.

Family Vacation

Wonderful experience. We stayed on this end of PCB this year to stay out of traffic! It was fantastic! We went to eat a little early or a little late & got right in & back to the beach way before sunset!! Love it 😊

Condo needs a good deep cleaning. Under beds, sofa & furniture not dusted or mopped in a while. ***Showers need handicap bars in them. Exhaust fan did not work in master bathroom. Condo was nicely updated.convenient location.

Great location and attentive host

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Gorgeous views. We were in town for a baseball tournament. This location was perfect. Short drive to Publix Sports Complex and fun nights on the beach after. Great experience!

Exactly as promised

We always use VRBO and this is by far one of the best beach condos we've stayed at so far! Bathrooms are both updated and gorgeous! We will definitely be back.

Nice view

Everything went good with our stay. The condo was clean and had a nice view from the balcony. We also liked the location of the condo. Mattress was very comfortable, would give it a 5 star rating.

Loved it.

We were really impressed with the condo. I have stayed at quite a few vacation condos before but this was by far the best. The condo is beautiful and well taken care of. The property around it is also very nice. Pool and beach are wonderful. I am looking forward to coming back again.

Great, quiet location, beautiful beachfront property.

Contrary to other reviews, we found the property immaculate - very clean. Wish we would have found this place when our kids were littles - lots of beach toys and boogie boards in the condo for your use. Appreciated that there was hand soap, salt and pepper, dishwashing detergent, TP, paper towels and some laundry pods to start us off with. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots and pans, baking pans and utensils - only thing lacking were some mixing bowls for salads and such. Regardless there’s a Dollar Store down the street and you’re about a mile from 2 grocery stores. Great restaurants, the harbor and beach stores are close by as well. You can walk down the beach to St Andrews State Park. If you want the quieter side of PCB this is the place for you. Would recommend and come back again😀
