We loved everything about this vacation! The room, the place, the location and of course the beach! Toni was so sweet to speak to and her place was so clean and nice! It set us up for the perfect week. Being so close to the pier on the beach was nice and pier park being right out of the back door was perfect! The balcony views from the 19th floor were to die for especially for the fireworks we got to experience on the 4th of July!! We are already planning to come back. Thanks for opening up your beautiful place to our family!

The property was clean and had everything you needed to get started. The parking space is an added plus, and even though we were on the 19th floor, the elevators were fast and easy and it opens up right at your door. Bedroom in the front with a view is great too. If tropical storm Bertha hadn’t decided to crash our vacation it would have been perfect, but that’s what you get in Florida in July! Only suggestion I would have is a new shower head…Thanks for letting us share your condo!

Parking was provided. Beach view was amazing! Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

We spent five nights and didn't want to go home. Unmatched view of the Gulf and the pier. The property was well-maintained and very clean! The VIP parking made coming and going a breeze. The host communicated well, and there were no surprises.

10/10--This was my 2nd time renting this property and again I was not disappointed. Toni is very professional and always responsive. Her property is always immaculate. I will definite be renting from her again next year. Very clean...user friendly and easy to access!

Family vacation/softball tournament

My family has stayed her for two years now and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! This is a great place to stay with a family, very clean with easy check in and great location! The owner is very easy to work with! Would definitely recommend this property at the Calypso!
