Great place for families. There were not a lot of breakable things in the unit which was great for the little one. Only complaint was the very bad mattresses in both bedrooms.

Amazing Time!

Beautiful beach, beautiful view, wonderful and convenient amenities. The condo was very clean and perfect amount of room for our family. The only suggestion for future guests would be to bring tupperware for fruit to bring out on the beach, the condo does not have any and I didnt think of it until we arrived. Overall, we had a great time and would come back!

Great Condo & Vacay!

We have been coming to Splash for a few years now- we love it! This condo was PERFECT for our crew! It was clean upon arrival, had everything we needed & was nicely decorated/updated! The main bedroom had a small pull out couch that was perfect for our 4 year old. This condo comes with beach chair/umbrella service which is AMAZING! Added bonuses: there is a closet with extra beach toys & kickboards to use and some toys in the cabinet in the living room! The owner/manager was always in contact and easy to get in touch with if we were to have needed anything- which we didn’t! We highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Nice Vacation

This is the perfect place to stay with the unpredictable PCB weather. There are covered pools that help fill the time between the showers. This unit has a stunning view from the living room and master.Everything went smoothly and James was quick to remedy the small issue we had.We will stay again!

Easter Family Getaway

Family vacation for school Easter break. Condo was awesome, super clean & decorated nicely in beach theme. Area was not hectic, kids loved the beach & pools. Definitely will come again!!

Family vacation with young children

We were very excited to book the Splash because of all the activities for our young children. The only issue we had with the resort was the elevators. There were only two per building and you had to wait on them quite awhile, especially at check in. The room at first glance looked very nice and clean. It wasn’t until we started getting settled in when we noticed many issues. There were dirty towels hanging in the guest bathroom, the master bedroom sheets smelt sour and we ended up washing them because it was so bad, the dishwasher did not work properly because the pod was still present when we arrived which means the dishes were not clean, the master shower head sprayed out the side on the wall and water ran down the wall, and the tv in the living room kept not working. Because of all of these issues, it is very unlikely that we will stay at this resort again. Proper upkeep of the unit would make the stay a lot better for guests.

Had a great time..

We had a great time and the owner was great. The place was good though the place needed to be cleaned better but not too bad. The amenities at the place was not as nice as the pictures. In need of a remodel/ upgrades. The Lilly pads area was gross and very unkept. The pool area was dirty and unsupervised. Kids running around just doing whatever. Never seen a security guard or anyone from the property. The lazy river only had one jet working. And whatever you do DO NOT order a pizza from the upstairs it was under cooked and expensive. But the Dole whip was good. Overall we had a good

Great property & overall vacation!

Very clean & accommodating for our family! Didn’t have any elevator issues as we usually deal with on all of our previous vacations, and the kids loved it and enjoyed all the amenities!

Perfect Stay
