Perfect condo with a perfect location, perfect view, with a great price. The owner was very welcoming and responsive. The only downside was we had to wait an hour for an elevator for checkout. However, I did not take off a star from this beautiful condo.

We were very happy with our stay in this unit. For a family of four with a 9 and 12 yr old, it was the right fit for us. It felt welcoming when walking in and the information provided made the arrival such a breeze (which we needed after a very rough start to our vacation). We were very impressed by the whole experience.The apartment had everything you would want and looking out at the Gulf made it feel like a stationary cruise ship.The owner support was exceptional. We would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay! The property is beautiful, the condo is beautiful with everything you could need included, and the host was very responsive! We didn’t have any issues with waiting on elevators as others mentioned and we loved the included beach chairs!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. It’s directly on the beach and right above the splash park. The view was great. We were able to see dolphins from the balcony. Checkin/out was super easy. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. Highly recommend staying.

The condo was very clean & cute! The waterpark was right underneath , just walk from the beach. Alvins Island was just across the street & if you needed anything everything else was located close to drive to. No view from the bedroom but the view from the living room & nalcony was great!

Splash is an excellent place for kids and their parents. Aside from slow elevators. It was a great experience. And the condo we stayed in was everything we needed. Great owner to work with!

This was one of our best experiences in a condo. The condo was so pretty inside and had lots of up to date features. Upon walking in we immediately noticed how clean it was, which is a HUGE deal. The whole condo was spotless and you could tell cleanliness was a priority. The beds were comfy and there were lots of extra pillows and blankets. I texted James one time with a question and he immediately responded. I would 1000% recommend him and book with him again!

Excellent view. Great for those with children. Beautiful beach that is well maintained. Lots of lounge chairs available. The unit is well appointed with all the necessary amenities. Property manager was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with regarding a couple minor issues.

This was our fourth time staying at Splash and this was our favorite condo! The owner was super friendly and helpful every step of the way. He went above and beyond in communicating details and answering questions. The condo is absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated. Minimal decor, which is important for relaxing when you have kids! Plenty of clean linens and blankets. Well stocked kitchen. Included beach service is a wonderful perk. No dragging your chairs and umbrella. As for the resort itself, we just love it. So many fun water activities, coffee and ice cream shop, pool bar & grill, perfect beach location...as long as we have kids we'll go to Splash and I'm hoping to book 704W again!

We loved splash resort! We loved our condo, it was very clean and had minimal breakable decorations out, which is great if you have smaller children! The owner was very friendly and very responsive in his emails. Definitely will be back!

We had a great stay. My only suggestion is that there be more room for clothing while staying. There were 3 full sized drawers and one closet. The drawers under the TV in the bedroom are only big enough for underwear or socks. My children kept their clothing in their suitcase which was a bit tedious for our 10-night stay. Otherwise, exactly as described.

We made an impromptu trip and definitely glad we chose this condo! Everything went without a hitch and was as described (thought the coffee pot is a TWELVE cup, much to our joy! 😁). The bunk area was situated perfectly for our family. The view was exactly what we were looking for. Access to the beach and splash resort was easy, and it was excellent having the option for the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. I didn’t think we’d utilize that, but got them every day! All communication with the host was easy and prompt. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Everything was Amazing We even added an extra day to our stay. The unit was incredible and provided so much space for our family. The view is perfect !!! For a family with all ages this complex had everything James was the best with communication and was responsive if we needed him. We will be back!!!
