The condo is just like in the photos. Clean and well-maintained. Nice pool area and easy access to the private beach. The kitchen is well-equipped. Great area with easy access to many restaurants, shops, and family-friendly activities.

This was a wonderful condo. The pool was terrific. I am glad they had security guards to monitor pool and property. Really friendly staff. The beds were comfortable. Terrific art work.The only thing I would recommend is the livingroom couch needs replacing. Its not comfortable. Thanks for a fun time.

Beautiful condo, great location!

The condo was beautiful, very clean, fully stocked with modern amenities. Boardwalk Resort was so easy to access and parking was a dream!

Beautiful property

The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean , plenty of space , fully stocked kitchen, amazing view of the ocean ! We enjoyed it a lot!

Great Stay

Beautiful, well maintained condo that lived up to photos. Great modern decor with beautiful view of Atlantic Ocean. Condo has spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, closet space, living room, and kitchen. Check-in process was a breeze with prompt responses from property manager when making inquiries. Will definitely rent again.

Great condo and location.

We enjoyed our stay. We had 10 people and the condo was perfect. The beach isn’t packed like other areas. The room was clean and well maintained. The pool stayed busy, but this was ok for us because we love being on the beach verses the pool. Food at the hut by the pool was great and so were the drinks. We will diffenitally book again :)

Property was great! Clean, very spacious, we loved everything about the condo. The resort was kid friendly, great pool - and splash pad area. Zero complaints on the room/property/amenities. The only issue was at checkout. Check out time is 10:00 AM and they de-activated our door code by 8:30 that morning. I found out when I went down to load our vehicle and came back and couldn’t get back in the condo. Luckily, my wife was in the room and let me in the room. However, we would definitely stay there again.

Our Stay

We've stayed at this property many times. This unit was a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 room had kings 1 room bunk beds. My grown kids and our grandbabies go to PCB every year Sametime we go twice and alway love the Boardwalk Condominiums! I would diffentley rent this unit again

My family and I frequent Panama City Beach every year. We have always rented a beach house to accommodate everyone. This time we rented this condo and may I say this condo didn't fall short. We had a fantastic time. It wasn't crowded, the people were very nice and we had plenty of room for my party of seven. We recommend this condo and because we were satisfied, we will be back.

Amazing!!

We vacation in Panama City Beach every year and this is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. We took our entire family, including our grandkids and we all fell in love with this condo as soon as we walked in the door. It was big enough for all 9 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. It was super clean and beautiful!! We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Overall

The property was very nice and centrally located. Amenities were very nice. The only negative is that this is the second year in a row that we used vrbo and the cleaning crew showed up 45 minutes before scheduled check out time and the door access code quit working at 9am CST when our check out time was for 10am CST. Makes one feel like they are being rushed out the door after paying a premium price for the property

The view is heavenly

The view is amazing..the proximity to the beach is amazing..this was one of my favorite vacations. The building is old but very well kept. The people that work in the building were all very pleasant. They provided entertainment in the afternoon and evening, that was very nice. Things I didn’t like. - You need to bring your own things, toilet paper, dish detergent, paper towel, bring more towels. We ended up buying an extra box because we bought more supplies for our vacation. You need a car. - The sliding door couldn’t close on Tuesday morning and I couldn’t get hold of someone till late afternoon.

very nice overall. few minor issues. no iron in condo. 2 nights heard dog barking. one day dog in elevator urinating all over the floor in and out of the elevator. Security was strict at the pool. one evening, they shut my umbrella... they said due to wind....but the rest of the evening 2 umbrellas got to stay opened up. I had to leave pool area....had to saty out of sun. they also told my family members to turn off their music....they had their own music playing. Not huge issues. Comfy beds. plenty of sheets, blankets towels, kitchen supplies. nice location. Not the busy end. easy to get in and out of condo.

It was hot, not equipped with with daily needs

The location of this property was the best thing about our trip. I like the unit to have a few essential, 1 roll of paper towel and 1 roll of TP and possible a few garbage bags. I’m not one for miss match and old kitchen items. The unit can with 3 fans that fell apart when moved. There was only 1 thermostat or so we thought until the last night when we just happened to walk into the master closet and look behind the door, to find another thermostat. Nothing in the profile notebook saying there were 2 thermostats. It was uncomfortable to stay in the rooms. We were told by the rental people, why didn’t we call. Why wasn’t it in the profile? The pool had a rule about cheeky bathing suit bottoms girls were told not to wear them. Come on!

Not as Good as First Visit

Two years ago my family rented this condo and we absolutely loved everything about - so much that we rented it again this year. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't as good. My 1 yr old granddaughter was with us this time and after just an hour or so crawling around the condo, her knees were filthy! I took a photo and sent it to the management company (who, via text, asked me to let them know how everything was when we checked in). The management company NEVER replied to my email. I washed the entire condo floor myself. Further, we found empty bottles and pieces of pizza under the sofa and one of the beds. I question whether anything was even cleaned. Further, the paint on the balcony railings was flaking off badly and would stick to our feet and the baby was picking up the pieces. The condo is spacious and a great view, and the beach at Boardwalk Beach Resort isn't too crowded, but the lack of cleanliness and upkeep was a big issue. And the lack of response from the management company was a big problem.

Disappointed

I unfortunately would not recommend staying here. We booked this 4 bedroom condo. When we arrived, we only had 2 parking passes. I emailed the rental company and called several times. No one ever responded to our requests. A note saying my parents car would be towed was left on there vehicle. I called the after hours service and was told to “hope for the best” and they couldn’t help us. We ended up having to buy an additional parking pass once the guards told us this was an option. ZERO communication from the rental company and I mean Zero. There is no front desk, so a rental company who doesn’t respond to needs is a big deal. The condo thermostat was set to 69 degrees, so it was very hot. The air circulation was terrible and our room stayed at about 73 degrees. There are about 8 box fans in the unit, so I guess they are ok with customers burning up all week. The pool has a rule that all children under age 11 has to get out of the pool for 10 minutes every hour. Our 2 year old didn’t understand and literally cried for 10 minutes every hour. I never leave a bad review, but I have to be honest on this one. Find somewhere else for your family vacation.

Perfect place

This property in general seems older but we had a great stay. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. Lots of pull out beds if needed but we didn’t! Security guard and resort staff were very kind. There are lots of rules at the pool that they enforce pretty strictly but they were always nice if they had to remind you of them. No issues waiting for elevators. No issues with the unit air as mentioned in previous comment, we just made sure all the doors stayed shut and it stayed cool the whole time. The unit comes with two parking passes but it was very easy to get an extra one! We just asked for it when we pulled in, it was $35! We had plenty of wrist bands because kids under 13 don’t need one. The tiki bar was AWESOME!
