Vacation 2025

Regina was a wonderful host. She responded to any questions that were had almost instantaneously.Her condo was wonderful, decorated beautifully, and very clean. Splash resort itself is beautiful and fun. My 3 year old, 10 year old, 12 year old, parents, and husband had the best time, and plan on coming back. The only minor complaint that we had is how long it took to catch an elevator, however, we were only located on the 6th floor so we typically took the steps down, then caught the elevator on the ground level and rode it up. All in all a 10/10. Thank you Regina for your hospitality and communication through the whole process.

Fabulous!

Regina was a treasure! So easy to talk to! I had a 6 month old as well as two other children and needed to ensure there would be enough shade or a cabana available for the baby to not burn in. She went out of her way to get me pictures of the pool area to show me how shaded it was since there aren’t cabanas available. Highly recommend using Regina’s condo as it was extremely clean as well. Also loved the resort. So fun themed, multiple pool areas and the water park was so cute and fun. She provided many beach towels, sand toys, chairs, umbrella for the beach and all the little extras like hand soap, travel sized bar soap/shampoo etc. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook with. Plenty of trash bags for your use which is rare because in other condos we used, we had to buy extra bags for trash because only 2-3 were provided. She also gave a few laundry pods and dish soap. I do suggest more bath towels be provided per person because we had to do laundry every day which to some may be fine, but I would prefer to not do household chores on vacay, but that’s just me. We had 1 per person excluding the baby. We all showered more than once a day and having to dry off with one towel a day meant drying off the second or third time with a wet towel unless laundry was ran while at the beach. We have a lot of head hair so we aren’t use a towel more than once before washing it kind of people. Only stating because others may want to prepare and bring their own. Will be back!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo with our family! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained — exactly as pictured, if not better. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in easy. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable beach getaway!

Excellent spot for families with children

Everything was great about our stay, Regina was very easy to work with and registration at Splash was seamless. The only thing that could have been better was the water pressure in the showers, but that would not keep us from rebooking this.

Great condo at a fun place!

Loved our time in this condo at PCB. Regina was helpful when dealing with an incoming hurricane--other than that, everything went great for our family! Fantastic view. The pools at Splash Resort were better than I expected. The hot tub is nice and hot and large, all the kids loved the splash pad area and the freedom to choose from so many different pools. The lazy river was very small, but it was legit.

Another great stay

This is our second year staying with Regina in this condo. It is very well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoy the early check in/check out to beat the elevator traffic. The beach chairs and toys are great so we don't have to bring our own. Beds are comfortable and we appreciate the ceiling fans in all rooms!

Great experience

This is our third trip to Splash, but first time in this unit. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We love coming to Splash because of the amenities and beautiful beach. If you have young children, this is the place for you! Regina contacted me and gave me her number so I could easily message her if need be. She checked in occasionally and we appreciated her hospitality. If you haven’t been to Splash, it’s worth noting that the elevators are a pain. There just aren’t enough and you might have to wait, especially on check-in/out days. Since we already knew about this, we weren’t upset, just timed our activities knowing we may or may not be waiting for the elevator.

Fantastic Condo!

Plenty of room for a family of 6

The property was well laid out. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. The inclusion of beach chairs and beach toys were great. There was an issue with one of the sliding doors not closing and sealing correctly. One message to Regina and it was fixed the next day. Communication with Regina was flawless. Definitely plan on staying here again. Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful Stay

Very clean. Pictures matched description perfectly. We had to go buy garbage because because there were only two for the week. I would suggest leaving more. The garbage can is small and fills up quickly. Maybe 3-4 for the week. Besides that, it was great! Lots of beach towels and beach toys for kids!
