Very nice rental

The location is ideal, close to everything and in walking distance to many fine restaurants. The rental was very clean. Communication with the hosts was quick and answered all our questions. The kitchen had every utensil you could possibly want. The luggage cart for the property was helpful, however the tires had deflated and made it very difficult to push. Also need to have written instructions for the thermostat, TV and description of the included bikes would have made it easier to locate them among the hundreds of bikes in the area. The hosts make sure everything is going well during our stay. Would definitely come back to this property or another managed by 30A Escapes team.

Beautiful area! Very convenient location.Unit is fine for one or two adults.Unit does overlook parking areaParking spot is a bit of a challenge. Instructions to enter unit need to be communicated clearer. Unit could be cleaner.

Perfect Location

This property was clean & just as pictured in the photos. The kitchen was very well stocked and the apartment had everything you could need for a vacation to 30A. We rode the two bikes provided at the property to dinner & shopping every day. The beaches and pools were in very close proximity to the property, and communication with the host was wonderful. All around an amazing stay- we will be coming back.

Everything was great! Only issue was the instructions for where the parking spot was were completely wrong and the booking agency didn’t know where it actually was. We eventually found it on our own, but they definitely need to update the info!

Spring Break Stay

Was very impressed with this place. When we walked in we said we thought the pictures didn’t do it justice. Communication in regards to everything was above and beyond. We had a great week and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a small family.

Perfect vacation

Rosemary beach is a dreamy place and this condo was perfection. The location was close to everything. We didn’t have to drive once we arrived. It was wonderful to have 2 full bathrooms. We enjoyed the balcony every morning and afternoon while making plans for the day and evening. Overall it was very peaceful. We would stay here again.

Great Stay!

Condo was very clean, great location. It was the perfect size for what we needed. Easy check in and departure. Only thing is we got a little confused on the parking spot. We understood it was on the backside of the building, not the side. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Great location, not the best experience

Property is clearly a rental and could use some TLC. The lever to turn on shower in main bath didn’t work, we couldn’t get the back door to lock, only 1 key provided, contradictory instructions on bike location. The biggest complaint is the multiple roaches discovered around our sink and dish washer. We couldn’t utilize the kitchen as we were too freaked out.
