Wonderful Stay!

The condo was just as described and Wanda was great to work with! Our family was more than satisfied with the condo itself as well as the amenities of the complex! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this owner.

Great Place!

Great location, great views and great condo! We were here for the USFA World Series for Softball so location was great. Loved that there was no parking garage actually, made it pretty simple. Elevators were never a problem although the elevator for floors 1-6 didn’t work while we were there but it was ok. I love this condo and I would def stay here again! My only small complaint was none of us liked the trash compactor but that’s personal preference, we just didn’t like opening and closing the door every time! Beds were comfy, plenty of seating, lots of room. Great place!!

Moms and kids getaway

ABSOLUTELY loved this place the moment we stepped in. THE VIEWS!!!!!! We had a great spring break mom and kids getaway. We had everything we needed. Lots of beds, great kitchen with new appliances. SUPER CLEAN. Pool was fantastic. We had 1 little incident the morning after we arrived and our Host came over immediately to fix it. I have so many great things to say and no complaints. Really appreciated the binder with all the helpful tips. I would love to stay here again. Such a nice place, felt like paradise. Thank you!!!

Fall Break

This is a wonderful condo. Excellent location in quiet portion of beach. Not a busy beach so plenty of shells to find! Close to gorgeous St. Andrew State Park where we did my daughter’s senior pics! Felt very safe in the condo area and neighborhood area. Security visible at all times. No big parking garages to hassle with! Elevators never bogged down and always very short wait! Great restaurants in the area! Excellent communication with owner! Would rent again!!

Relaxing

This property overall was great condo and location. It could use some updates on the living room furniture and the TV’s in the bedrooms. With different couples retiring to their rooms early and would like to watch TV, it is difficult to watch on a very small tv. The owner was awesome, with the easy checkin and any questions I needed answered. All in all a great vacation!

Family Trip

We had a wonderful week at this 6th floor unit. The 3BR 3BA was perfect for our family of 8, ages 68 to 2. I was Very Pleased when we arrived to a very clean unit. ( I am that Grandma who always carries her own mop and bottle of Pine-Sol) The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped to meet our needs. Nice size balcony with plenty of seating. The elevators in the complex were fast. The entire complex was well maintained. Easy access to the beach.

we love this condo and this unit, this is our second year there. its quiet and clean and we had a great week! Wanda is quick to respond to questions and even leaves a detailed book about things to do and where to eat in the area which was very helpful!

Fantastic !!!!!

Stayed at this location with a group of 6 people. Condo was large enough to be comfortable for the entire group we could have added a couple more and still would have had enough room. Condo was extremely clean and stocked with all needed amenities to get started. Mrs. Wanda is extremely friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to any questions. Five star host for sure!!! The location of this condo is incredible as it is on the quieter end of the beach. It was a very peaceful stay and the condo is still within a few minutes of anything you could want to do. The balcony is huge and the view of the ocean and the beach is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this unit and host as both were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. If you book here you will not be disappointed. Great Host + Great Location + Great Property= Great Vacation !!!!!

Amazing Vacation

My family of 8 loved everything about our vacation over spring break. The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect and the owner (Wanda) was always available had we needed her. We would definitely love to stay here in the future.

Best place in PCB

The condo was perfect. We enjoyed be a little distance from the traffic and busyness of the Pier Park area. This location is perfect for families and relaxation. Wanda was a pleasure to work with and she communicated well. We had absolutely no issues. We will definitely be back! Loved everything about our vacay!

Spacious condo, perfect location

We loved being right on the beach. Checkin was super easy, especially with the key code door. The pool was really nice and we loved the balcony with 3 entrances. No negatives, the place was great. The owner was easy and fast to get answers from!
