As advertised! This property was absolutely gorgeous! It was very spacious and comfortable for my family of six! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and sitting out on the balcony watching and hearing the waves. If we're ever in Panama City again, we will definitely love to stay here again!

First Time in PCB

Absolutely no complaints about the rental. Everything was exactly as advertised. The condo was clean and up to date. View was amazing. Corner unit made it that much better. Favorite part was the additional balcony on the street side. We were able to open both patio doors for an amazing breeze. We will be staying there again.

Girls Trip

We had a great stay at Grandview East. The only issue was waiting for the elevator going down from the 16th floor, with only one set it was very slow and hot waiting for it. Condo was very clean and spacious and just as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable. We will be booking again when in the area.

Awesome stay!

Loved! But a few things I wished I'd known

The only thing I didn't like was the super long code to unlock the door (seriously an 8 button code) and the fan in the master bedroom didn't work... The place was gorgeous! The view is amazing! Very very roomy.. When you arrive go grab a luggage cart located on the 1st floor, not ground. There is one elevator for entire building so keep that in mind during busy season - elevator is hot, no air flow.

The property was very well cleaned, everything was a quick, and easy process to check in. The property responded to any in all concerns, that me, my family, and friends had, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and everyone that wants to stay in Panama City Beach Florida. The view was amazing, everything was just like they said it was. Me, my family, and friends had a very wonderful and amazing time. If I could give this property more than five stars I would, again me and my family had an awesome time. The vacation property description was just as they mentioned, and the view was amazing.

This condo was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Beautifully decorated and furnished. I definitely recommend this condo. Great price for the week, beachfront. My family and I loved it. I love that each bedroom had its own bathroom and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again

We had a girls weekend. 3 of us. We all had our own room and bathroom. Everything was perfect. Everything you need was provided. Clean, nicely decorated, and the corner view was fabulous!!! Will definitely stay again!!!

Family Beach Stay

Property was well appointed and clean. There were 4 of us so it was nice that rach had there own bedroom and adjoining bath. The views up and down the beach from the 16th floor end unit were amazing. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Greta place!

Was a very pretty property. Only problem was that the door didn’thave a deadbolt or chain on the inside so my 3 year old could easily open it no problem! We had asked them about it and they put a temporary chain up but it broke before we left. They were very nice though.
