The condo was beautiful and clean with amazing views. The first night we realized none of the pillows had pillow cases in all 3 rooms but the owner responded quickly and had someone there the next day. Also make sure you read the fine print on what’sprovided. We were there 5 nights with one dishwashing pod, two laundry ones and two trash bags. No hand soap or dish detergent in the kitchen. Only one toilet paper roll in each bathroom as well so prepared to grocery shop If you are staying awhile! They did replace the AC unit while we were there as well as it wasn’t working well the first 4 nights there so it should be nice and cold for the next renters!

Family time

We love Celedon and the family end of Panama City Beach! This unit was perfect for our group of 7. Very well equipped with all kitchen essentials needed for our meals. The communication with the owner was always easy and he replied quickly. We plan to return next August! I would have gave 5 stars for all but the issue was sand on top of the bunk beds comforters, everything else was very clean.

Amazing Views!

We loved our stay. Everything was perfect. The view on the balcony can’t be beat in the morning with coffee or at sunset with a glass of wine. The condo is decorated very beach inspired and has everything you need for the week. The resort is also nice and located in a quieter area of the beach. We definitely want to return to this rental. Loved it!

Fantastic unit!

2308 was the perfect unit for our family this year! The listing was exactly as described. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the balcony and spending time at the beach. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs for all of us! Communication was great throughout our stay. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful condo!

Beautiful place and location to stay

It was perfect for our family. Beautiful top view, clean unit, and Ron was great at communicating. We had an issue with the cooling sensors. He sent someone out right away, they changed out a part and we were good to go. We wpups stay there again for sure!

We had a great week.. the only thing that was frustrating was the elevator situation…. There are only 3 for all tenants.. with that being Said 1 elevator was ALWAYS out of order.. people would get stuck on it and then it would get fixed and then it would happen again.

Not a luxurious condo!

This is my 3rd time using VRBO and I have never had an issue until this. When we walked into the condo I could tell there was no air. After sometime I realized the owner had sent in the instructions the air conditioner sometimes sets off the breakers. This might be something to put in your listing or repair. This happened at least once a day. We would come back to a condo that was 77 degrees. It would never go below 73 no matter how many times I tried lowering it. The dryer does not work. The owner did say he tried to get someone to come fix it. That did not happen while we were there. My son found hair in a towel and there was someone else’s hair on the master bedroom sheets. All the doors needed a good wipe down they were black against the white on the handles. I did take a Clorox to the pantry door and sent to owner. No response given about the cleanliness of the place. The toilet seat is broken in master bath. There is some mold on the shower curtain and bathroom door of master bath. Our whole family of 5 could not take showers back to back due to we would run out of hot water. The master bedroom needs a new mattress and frame. It squeaked non-stop. The owner told me no one had complained before. Believe me I did not enjoy all the problems for. The owner did help me take care of a parking issue which was my error. Please be aware if you travel with a cargo topper there are limited spaces at the parking garage. It would be helpful for more spaces reserved for taller vehicles. We had to remove our topper to park and put back on again. The view from this condo was amazing.

Family trip

We stayed at the Celadon. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, the layout of the condo was nice and worked well for our group of 9. The parking was easy and the pools were nice. Beach access was great and very convenient. Elevators can definitely be slower, as other reviewers stated, but that was what we found at any hotel we researched before booking. The owner was very quick to reply whenever we had questions. Would definitely stay here again! We had a great time. Thanks!

Pleasant Getaway

We had a great time. There were 9 of us and room for everyone. The beds were surprisingly pretty comfortable (we have stayed at amazing places where the beds were so unforgiving in the past). Convenient to pretty much everything. We stayed between the beach and the heated pool the majority of our stay. The condo itself was comfortable. The only thing I’d say is- be sure to bring plastic silverware. The forks are more like seafood forks for leprechaun hands. Everything else kitchen wise was there and super convenient. Looking forward to another trip next year.

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay, property was beautiful, had plenty of room. The only thing that we had any issues with was there is no forks in the place, or dishtowels, had to go buy our own, but overall we had a great experience. Would definitely stay here again. The place has blow-dryers, blenders, pots and pans, you name it. We took alot of things we didn't have to take. The owners had us covered

Great place to relax!

This property was absolutely beautiful. I was worried at first about being so high up with smaller children but those fears quickly dissolved. The rooms were clean and it was very spacious. The only issue that we had was that when we got our check in information it stated that the parking pass was $20, when we went to the website it was actually $25. That is one thing that I would recommend the owners do is to make sure that the renters know that they will have to buy the parking pass and be able to print it out before they leave. We had a great time and would stay here again! We had access to the beach chairs and really enjoyed the hot tub on cool nights.

Penthouse View

Condo is at west end so it is quieter and less traffic. Condo is well equipped. Balcony furniture looks great but is very uncomfortable- needs cushions. Overall plenty of room and owner kept in touch for any concerns.
