We were not informed of the construction. It was VERY loud. Impossible to sleep in. I am happy I didn't have a baby with me. Grinding the walkways on each floor.

The location was absolutely perfect and the view was beautiful. Upon arrival the floors were a little dirty / Sandy, we’ve come to expect that with beach houses so it wasn’t a big deal. It is an older building, but the unit was pretty well kept. No musty mildew smell like in other locations we’ve stayed at. The home was comfortable and had plenty of toys for the kids to enjoy. One elevator had issues and shut down, but we never experienced issues or long wait times with the other elevators. The Sandbar has amazing food, we loved having the convenience of food on site without having to cook. They have plenty of food that picky eaters like. It was pricy, but very well worth the money! We got 2 free beach chairs with our rental which was nice. It was advertised as having wristbands and 2 parking passes provided, but we did have to pay for that. Overall, we loved the entire place, our kids especially loved the kiddie pool. We would love to stay at this location again!

Perfect!

My family and I loved our stay! From the cleanliness of the property to the communication with the host, everything was top notch. We especially loved the pool area and tiki bar on property. We felt at home the moment we walked in the door.

Property was exactly as described, absolutely beautiful and location was perfect. I am not a big people person, so this unit was perfectly located away from all of the noise but close enough to everything you would want to do. Property managers were very tentative and helpful with any and all questions I had! My kids and I will definitely be returning!

Weekend getaway

We absolutely LOVED our quick weekend getaway to celebrate my daughter and her friend’s 13th birthdays! The unit was exactly as advertised and was very clean and provided a very welcoming and comfortable environment. I absolutely LOVED the beach themed decor!! That was actually part of why I chose this particular unit! The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water, very good water pressure in the showers, and the AC unit did an excellent job keeping us cool in the hot Florida temperatures. We had all the comforts of home! I highly recommend Sunset Views and I look forward to staying here again!

12th year at Regency Towers Panama City each

We love PCB! We love Regency Towers! But this condo was top notch, from booking to check in and everything between. Chairs with room were perfect. A/C qorked amazing, beds were comfy, room and kitchen were WELL stocked with all the things you will need for the week. Washer and dryer are new. We have stayed in 8 diffrent condos on this property over the years, by far the best one yet. My only complaint is on the parking passes. Years past they were $20 / per vehicle. Our paper work still reflected $20 / per vehicle. However, with only 1 vehicle on property the management office charged $40... not the owners fault i just wish it was listed as $40. Either way and overall this is amazing condo, tiki bar has great food and great prices for drinks. Thanks for the amazing week and amazing condo! We will rebook! See you next year!

Great time

Regency Towers is always a great time! We come back every year. This unit was very clean and kiddo friendly; kids plates, step stools, pack n play. The closest is stuffed with beach toys, noodles, floats, beach chairs, skim biards, boogie boards. Plus the 2 beach chairs and umbrella included on the beach were excellent. Our family will always be back! Plus .99 cent beer at Bikini Bobs... who can beat that!

Great visit

We love Regency Towers and have for years. The condo was very nice. They had all the essentials. My only suggestion is bringing dishwasher detergent as they only give you one and request you start the dishwasher on your last day.

Our first family beach vacation

Just as pictured. Clean and perfect size for our family. We are already planning our next trip in hopes to get the same unit. The only complaint i can even think of is the elevator issues that seem to be an ongoing issue.

The place was overall as stated. We love this location and this was the second condo we have stayed in here. We preferred this one over the last one for sure! The pots and pans could stand to be updated as the food stuck to them a lot. Over all very pleased with our stay and would book this room again!

Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised. Place was neat and tidy and a great view. We were on the 10th floor and didn’t get too much noise grime below. Everything was as described. It’s a little dated but that didn’t make our visit less comfortable. Wish condo would have had a blender and working beach chairs that were provided as extra (we had access to the rental beach chairs that came with the unit, that was a major plus). We had a great time and management were really nice when we needed help. Great experience.

Needs renovation

The condo needs renovation. We had a hard time finding electrical outlets that actually worked. A/C had a hard time keeping the condo cooled. Which explained the dehumidifier and fans. I would not stay at the condo or Regency Towers again. Very outdated building as compared to others in the area.

Family Vacation Bliss

Property was great!

My husband and I took the kids for a spring break trip. The condo was amazing. Very clean and organized. We didn't have any issues at all. We loved the location to the beach and town. Most importantly we were very comfortable in the condo and the entire home was clean and organized.
