  • This unit has been meticulously updated!!! New décor and some furniture along with new lighting. This Treasure Island 19th floor 3 bedroom 2 bath has one of the largest wrap around balconies overlooking the ocean of any condo in Panama City Beach.
    This condo is probably the nicest 3 bedroom at the entire complex.
    The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large flat screen tv and ocean view and balcony access.
    The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv and balcony access and a view of the lagoon and Treasure Island Marina area.
    The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv and balcony access and a view of the lagoon and Treasure Island Marina area.
    The living room has 2 pull out couches and an 80 inch , an 80 inch flat screen TV on the wall and balcony access and ocean view.
    The wrap around balcony from this 19th floor provides probably the very best view in all of Panama City Beach. From the front of the condo you can see the ocean and down the coast to the West including the sun set. From the East side of this condo including the wrap around balcony you have the best view of St andrews State park and the Jetties and the pass where the boats come in everyday. Almost all other condos only have the view of the ocean straight ahead.
    The Treasure Isalnd front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
    Treasure Island has implemented a new parking policy that affects extra vehicle parking. If you bring more than 2 vehicles, the resort now charges a $100 parking fee per extra vehicle where space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the resort directly.
    TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
    Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
    These charges are their charges and are not ours and are not included in our fees.

We had a great time at this resort and condo. 19th floor has great views but elevator access can be cumbersome mid day. Host does great job at keeping the condo stocked with good pots,pans and cooking essentials as well as a good selection of beach fun.

Perfect views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and we loved the extra big space in the living room. The wrap around balcony was amazing with views of the gulf and the lagoon. You could even watch the boats go out everyday. The condo was as described and the kitchen was well equipped with whatever you needed. My only complain was the beds were extremely tall for an average person. I am 5'4" and had a hard time climbing onto the bed in the primary bedroom. I would suggest if you are vertically challenged like me to bring or purchase a stepstool.

The condo is very nice! I don't want to minimize the condo by the things I am stating here but things I think the the owner may like to know. The kitchen did not have any items to bake with....baking sheet, cake pan, etc. The dishes were all a mismatch. The 2nd bathroom could use to clean better as my daughters would not even shower in there. Maybe include a binder of items that could help vacationers. The fact that other units we rented included the beach chairs was nice. Owner may want to reconsider that benefit of renting. A 9 am checkout seems a little early as others are 10 or 11 am.

Been staying at Treasure Island for many years. To us the Lower Grand Lagoon area can’t be beat. This unit did not disappoint and will consider it for future annual trips.

Great Stay with Gorgeous Views and Easy Access!

We had a great week's stay at Treasure Island! The condo was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Check-in was a breeze, and the management company communicated clearly throughout the process. The space was well-maintained, though a few minor details could’ve been a little cleaner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful condo

The condo was located on the less busy side of Panama City, we didn't have bumper to bumper traffic if we stayed near our condo. It was spacious and we had everything we needed. Amazing view, very comfortable , my mother needed a step stool to get into bed. My only complaint is the floors were very dirty from day one. You could not walk in your socks without them getting black. We have stayed here before and this was the first time we have experienced the dirty floors

Birthday trip

There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this rental property is. We have stayed at Treasure Island four times, and we absolutely love the complex and the general area much better than buildings further west. This was our first experience with a corner unit and hopefully not our last. The panoramic view was amazing, truly beyond words. The condo, itself, was spotless and all of the appliances, utilities, and extras were updated and in perfect working condition. This condo left us wanting or needing anything more.

Filthy!

The condo is beautiful and spacious but very dirty. Dust was on everything, sand was on entire floor and under the rugs, shards of glass were on one of the bedroom floors, drops of something brown were scattered throughout the living room floor. However, we still enjoyed our stay!

This is our second vacation here and we love the location

We had fun exploring the area and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and beach location. The one downside was all our windows were covered with plastic for painting. Not cool

Awesome!

The listing for this property seemed too good to be true at this price point. But it was even better than the pictures! We had a fabulous Christmas in this spectacular condo. Two tiny recommendations....I must have missed that only starting supplies would be provided. Doordash for that! The comforters on the beds were worn but we got more bedding when people were available on Monday. We checked in late Saturday.

Ruined my trip

I has this condo booked since February we were supposed to arrive April 17th. They call me 15 hours before my flight to tell me my condo isn’t available. I was so upset and angry because our other family had booked at the same place so we could vacation together well we had to go to a whole other condo because ours wasn’t available. Ruined our whole family trip
