The bathroom sink in the master bedroom was clogged. The blankets felt gritty and had a weird smell, carpet felt stiff and icky, the couches had dirty stains. There were no garbage bags provided, yet was expected to clean up before departure. We found rusty beach chairs that were falling apart--why would anyone think its okay to leave that for guest use?1 star for the balcony views

Lovely lay-out and beautiful gulf view from the 22nd floor. I would have given a 5 star rating except for a few issues: the bed and pillow arrangements need to be updated. Bed is way too soft and the pillows are way too heavy. The toilet seat needs to be replaced and updated in the Master bath. The seat shows wear and tear which is not very attractive on a toilet seat. The TV system needs to be updated. Unable to access Amazon Prime or Netflix yet they appear on the remote. And finally, a coat of paint would really spruce up the place.

The condo was excellent. Absolutely perfect. The host was excellent. Easy to contact and very accommodating to any questions or issues we had. The only thing that kept us from giving all 5 stars is the building. We had waits for elevators of up to 30 minutes, got stuck in an elevator on three different occasions. If it wasn’t for that, we would stay here again.

I go to a new place each summer in Florida I am basing my rewiew off my experience with other places. We do NOT complain. If there is an issue we try our best to deal with what we have. The pros - the view is beautiful, beds were super comfortable, the owner checked in often to see if we were good. The cons- the place needs some tender love and care. There is mold on the inner shower certain, the toilet lid in bad shape needs new one, stains all on the couches, the overall appearance needs some up keep, unfortunately the whole time we stayed we had 0 hot water to take showers with. The elevators were very slow. Unfortunately we will not stay here again as there are other places with better accommodations.

Very nice layout, we loved the master bedroom was on the ocean side and the kids loved their own little room with the bunkbeds, bathroom and the chest of drawers. Loved the beach chairs and kids pool toys we could use.There are tall barstools on the balcony, you need to keep an extra eye if you have small kids.There was no extra toilet paper left in the unit, we had to buy some.

Fun Family Trip

Our stay was great! I have never had such great communication with hosts though any trip as I did with Ted and Allison. They were wonderful! There was some unpredictable weather that caused a poeer outage and they made sure to check on us and walk me through any questions or concerns I had. I felt like they were right there with me. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a good stay, but the pains of a larger resort are worth mentioning.

The hosts were great and their accommodations were very nice. Everything was as expected except the chair rentals were extremely expensive. Historically, I've paid 20/day. This place wants 80, which I find to be ridiculous. My biggest complaint is the elevators. You can expect to spend an hour of your day battling the elevator chaos. I know that this is nothing that the host can control, but it was super frustrating. If you're arriving on a Friday or Saturday you may spend an hour or two waiting to get form the bottom floor to the 21st floor. There are just too many people at this place and the elevator stops on every floor and the people waiting to get on groan. I expected this to an extent, but it was really crazy. I was also a little upset because someone hit my wife's new car door and left a huge ding in it. The photos tell the story nicely and the owners did a great job. I just want you to know what you're getting into before you book. The accommodations are nice. Even up high was fine (minus the elevators). I think this place could be fixed by dedicating a set of elevators to only go up and a set to only go down. Again the hosts were great, but the Tidewater elevators are awful. Also the pools were chilly. The indoor pool was about the same temperature of the outdoor and the indoor pool is quite small. Someone stole my headset at the gym too :)

Great stay in PCB!

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater. Close to everything you need. Ted & Allison were excellent hosts and had great communication. The condo was equipped with all the essentials, and we loved that there was a separate space for the kiddos that was private. We enjoyed the beach views and amenities at the resort. Was a perfect fit for our family! The only complaint that I would have is the elevators. At certain times of the day they can get pretty backed up. Just have to have a bit of patience!

Short Get Away

We enjoyed our stay! The location of the room and close to the "hidden" elevator was great! The walk over and covered parking was perfect! Everyone was very helpful.The two negatives: The temp at 74 degrees was too warm for us; we would have liked to have the freedom to lower, especially at night for sleeping.A recliner was needed for my husband; he has a bad back and the couch was not comfortable for him. I realize this is a personal issue but I bet there are many older adults that would be more comfortable in a recliner.Question: the balcony lights did not work. Is that because of the turtles nesting on the beach?
