We loved our stay. By far the most relaxing stay we’ve had in PCB. Loved the view from the balcony and the tile was a wonderful touch. 0 complaints. Thank you for allowing us to stay here! Would love to come back again.

We throughly enioyed our stay! The condo was just as stated and had everything you would need/want! Just beautiful. Only downsides were people smoking somewhere near us and the pool area is very small for the building size!

Very nice clean place to stay! I’m so glad this is the one we picked. We had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were comfortable. We liked having the assigned parking spot knowing we wouldn’t have to worry about finding a place to park. Bench access was easy and our chairs and umbrella were ready for us everyday before we even woke up!! I highly recommend staying here!!

Beautiful rooms, view and location. Everything was clean and conveniently located. Amenities were a plus and the beach was magnificent. We ate in the home many times and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the decor made us feel our beachy best. Complaint: I had to leave paradise and go back to reality.

The condo is amazing and the owners are even better. My family's car broke down the night before we were scheduled to leave. The owner went out of his way to help us find another place to stay the next day while our vehicle was being repaired. I can't say enough good things about them and their place. You will love it too!

This condo was one of the best we’ve stayed in within the last 10 years or so in PCB. The listing was super accurate and it felt like we were right at home. The owners were incredibly easy and accommodating to work with. Would recommend this place a million times over!

This is an excellent condo - probably one of the best ones we have rented. The condo is tastefully decorated. We loved the balcony and the high top tables. The view of the beach was awesome. It was so nice to have an assigned parking spot. Communication with Steve was great. We would rent this condo again.

Steve and Kay’s condo is spectacular. Everything was just as pictured, the condo was spotless and the amenities were great. The patio is amazing and the beach chair service is extremely convenient. Communication with Steve and Kay was also excellent and they were quick to respond to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. I hope we get back to PCB one day to stay here again.

We have stayed at almost every condo building in pcb, in a variety of nice condos. This tops them all. Not only in cleanliness, and amazing balcony, but even the decor and quality kitchen utensils. They even had a lemon press, which we used. If we come back to pcb next year, I surely hope we get to stay here!!!

Wonderful choice in decor make this condo stand above the rest, not to mention the lovely owners - Stephen & Kaye. Everything was perfect- ease of access, loved the reserved parking spot and beach chairs/umbrella, weather, ocean, comfy beds, huge corner tiled balcony on 18th floor, very quiet, enjoyed the sauna and hot tub at night as well as the enormous TV for movie time. I cooked all but one meal for the week (went to Mike’s Oyster Bar 2 blocks away one night - yummy!). The kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything you need and more for any recipe. I highly recommend this condo and consider us lucky to have stumbled upon such a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing vacation rental. Thank you for this little slice of heaven Stephen and Kaye!!

Absolutely stunning property! The view from the immense patio, complete with comfy loungers, is spectacular! High above the fray, the only sound is the ocean. With the private beach, we could have been on an island. We celebrated our anniversary here and experienced a peaceful and relaxing week. The condo is beautifully yet comfortably furnished with extraordinary attention to detail. Bed, linens, pillows all very comfortable, along with plenty of fluffy towels. Everything is lovely and upscale. Pictures don't do justice. Stephen is a wonderful host, providing clear, easy instructions and very helpful info. Thank you so much, Steve and Kaye, for sharing your lovely home with us. We look forward to visiting again!

Husband and I loved our stay at Kaye and Steve's upscale home! It is exactly as listed and more. One thing that stood out to us were the cedar wood details, especially the cedar wood closets. Just makes the place even more 'organic', healthy and relaxing.

This was our 3rd year staying in this condo. We absolutely love it! It's obvious that the owners take great pride in providing a high quality experience. The view is breathtaking, everything is clean and well decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked. Definitely what we are beginning to call "home away from home." We plan to return again!

Everything about the property was perfect. It was super clean, beautifully decorated and unique. I loved their style. Even the pots and pans were excellent! They thought of everything. Beds/mattress were pretty comfortable. The owners were very easy to communicate with and personable. Would absolutely rent again.
