Great location

The condo was very nice and fit our needs. It was welcoming and comfortable. It is located right at the beach. The balcony wraps around the condo with direct view of the beach and road.

BEACH condo

Condo maybe average. Bed mattresses a little rough. We were in three bedroom unit with seven people . View and balcony great pools good. 45 dollars per vehicle to park (we had 2) Now the Beach it was great (4th July week) crowded so had to get up daylight to get a beach front spot especially with management letting Chair Rental have complete width behind condo with no tents beach front not to mention Jet Ski rental on one side and public access on the other. We had 15 people from 3 units and need tents not nasty chairs that an umbrella hardly covers you all day. 4th July day was crowded but only maybe over half chairs were used ( as in picture)take them up and let us enjoy the beach the way we want to with our hard earned money behind the condo we rented thanks!

Very thing was great except the mattresses need replacing all 3 bedrooms had awful mattresses the stay was great but no one got a good nights rest my granddaughter and her husband and daughter and her boyfriend left a day earlier my husband And bare it for one more day but left early that morning but all and all it was great

Beautiful view, corner apartment.

Both our condo and the entire facility were spotless and well maintained. Delightful owner. Living room TV didn't work well when we arrived and with support of owner, a new one was purchased and installed. Stunning views of Gulf. Our stay in February was extra cool with 2 inches of snow (locals had never seen it). Heated indoor/outdoor pool. Good access to lots of restaurants.

Celadon is Perfect

The location could not be better. "On the sand" with spectacular views. Ours was a corner unit well appointed and maintained. Our host was very accomodating and, in fact, since there was not a rental immediately following our host afforded us to opportunity to extend our stay 3 additional days. We will are looking forward to booking this property again at some future date

Great patio but fraternity house couches

First , we thought we were staying at Miramar Beach but once we got there it’s apparently Panama City. It’s listed on VRBO as Miramar Beach? That’s all fine but it was farther To some of the places we visit. The deck was perfect. We always enjoy sitting there are anytime. As we noticed online, the decor in this place is absolutely bizarre. Nothing really matches and certain things are so dated and ugly that they will never come back in style. Being out of style doesn’t bother me so much but the cleanliness of the place and the wear and tear of the couches were unacceptable. I like my house to be clean, but I am not a neat freak. This place hasn’t been cleaned great for a long time . I took pictures of several things that were quite disturbing. I had to wipe down everything once we got there Because we don’t live like this. The picture frames had not been cleaned forever , doors were really dirty, two lights were out in our bathroom and dust was in several areas. It did not look like that condo was ready for us at all. The mattresses in the bunk bedroom were probably 50 years old . Those need to be changed out. The one in the spare bedroom was great and the one in the master was just barely acceptable. The living room furniture was hideous. The couches practically had no leather on them and if you sat on either side, your body would shift to the middle about 30 to 50°. The chair and throw pillows were sooo nasty as well. Someone needs to get in there stat for a makeover.

Family Vacay

Two years ago I started planning a family vacation with my kids and grandkids. We had never been to Panama City Beach before so decided to try it out. Each family stayed in their own condo. I choose this condo for a few reasons. Being a corner unit and on the 11th floor the view is amazing and much more balcony space and there was enough room for the entire family to get together for meals if we wanted. Aside from the mattresses maybe needing replaced (never the same as at home) I have no complaints about this unit at all. The owner was very easy to work with. We had a great time and hope to do it again!

Amazing condo

I was impressed with the condo from the moment I walked in! It was SO clean and the view of the ocean was amazing! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and we really enjoyed playing games around the large kitchen table. The huge balcony was wonderful to sit on in the morning and just watch the ocean. The owner was quick to respond to all my questions and the condo info was easy to read and gave us all we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Please replace the mattresses

We really enjoyed the location. We could walk to a grocery store as well as walking to a restaurant. We also Ubered fairly cheaply to other restaurants. We liked the quick access to the beach, and having two pools at the resort was a huge plus. Some recommendations I would give would be to Update the mattresses. The bunks in the one bedroom were barely “sleepable” We did enjoy being able to use the stereo. That was an added bonus.

Celebrating Graduation

We enjoyed our stay! Having 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms was great. The balcony was quite spacious-great place for morning coffee and sunsets! The beds in the bunk room might work for young children but were quite uncomfortable for our teenagers. And the queen bed had a very firm mattress. Some love them and others don't. Overall, we loved the beach, the beach chairs and 2 person umbrella, the parking garage with an air conditioned enclosed walkover, the pools, the location, the security, the restaurants within walking distance and especially the balcony! One disappointment, albeit small, was that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. And the other was that we didn't find bicycles on site as was stated in the VRBO description. Perhaps there could be a short list of amenities on site with a diagram of location in a display or booklet in the condo.

Perfect getaway!

This condo is perfect for a week at the beach! We loved that it was so close to the water, clean and spacious. The pools with covered portions are great for taking a break from the sun AND it’s walking distance from Thomas’ Donuts!

Wonderful stay

Owner was very responsive through the whole process. The Celadon was clean and people were friendly. Heated pool was great. The condo had plenty of space for our family. Beach was beautiful and easy to get to. Would definitely stay again.

Nice retreat

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo had everything we needed- enough dishes, towels, beach chairs- seating for our extended family of 8 vacation needs. This was was our 4th time visiting the area, but first time at this location and first time during spring break.i was worried what that might look like-but the location of the Celadon is far enough down we didn’t encounter a lot of spring break troubles/activity which was great for us! Also this is the first building we’ve stayed in where we didn’t have to wait an eternity for elevators and they were conveniently located for easy access to our room and the beach. Would stay again!

This is a great place to stay. Communication with Host was great and employees of Celadon were very nice and helpful. Not crowded on beach and condo was plenty big enough for me n my family with a huge balcony. Loved it!

Great time at Miramar Beach

Loved our accommodations. The eleventh sorry condo gave us a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. Car parking and access to the property was convenient. Not only did our grandkids love the ocean, they also had great fun at the two indoor/outdoor pools too.

Wonderful getaway

We loved staying at Celadon Beach Resort #1109. It has everything we needed. The view was spectacular, the beach was not overcrowded, the elevators were always available, the parking was convenient. We would love to return and hope we are able!
