place for college kids

we were dissappointed with the condition of the unit. The location and proximity to the beach is great. We later learned that this property and some of the other surrounding properties are used solely for college kids, thus the tired, run-down condition. We had good communication with the owner about some issues- like the lack of remote control to work the bedroom fan and the general beat-up condition. This is not a place for adults who are used to nicely kept living spaces.

Not clean

Room was not clean at all picture shown don’t look nothing like furniture at all the maintenance man walked in without knocking and had some what of an attitude. I had to clean coffee pot it was filthy took house keeping a day to bring toilet paper I had to go buy some where they put toys to play with was filthy and cabinets never get cleaned maybe because I was in housekeeping before I know what is clean and what isn’t no pillow cases for extra pillows the couch is just filthy they did bring new tv but like I said he walked in without knocking not cool but we did have a blast all in all

Great Location

Our stay was amazing. The location was perfect, the elevator near the parking deck and parking space was so convenient to get to our room, we had no problems with wait times. Also closer to a quieter pool without lots of kids which was very nice to relax. Room was great, master bathroom was very big and the bed was very comfy. However, the pull out bed mattress wasn't the greatest but did it's job! Overall the experience was amazing here and would definitely book again.

Easy access to pools and beach. The furniture in the condo is well used as when we sat at the table or island bar, we felt like we were going to fall through. There was one sofa so not really enough for 8 people to relax and/or play card/board games, which we brought with us. The floors/baseboards/showers could use a good scrubbing. Be sure to complete all of the check-ins prior to arriving as it does speed things up.

Didnt want to leave

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. I had 2 teenage girls. They had their own space. The view of the water was amazing even though it wasnt the gulf view from the balcony. We would definately stay here again!!!

Will definitely stay again!

We stayed 6 nights & enjoyed our stay! It is a very convenient location! We enjoyed all 4 pools at the hotel as well. Can't wait to go back & enjoy our stay again. Also the fountains last about 15 mins & they are very pretty!! They start at 8 o'clock

Not clean and furniture broken

There was urine on the walls and floors around the toilets the floors were so dirty that our cold and shoes were black on the bottoms (neve mopped) we literally spent the first day washing sheets, towels, dishes, and cleaning cabinets etc before we would allow our kids to lay down or sit down. There was toothpaste splatter on the cabinet, and counter tops. When I say this place was nasty it was even a used cigarette bud on the balcony with their broken furniture. The chairs and furniture in the pictures are not accurate at all. They literally have metal outdoor not comfortable chairs for the kitchen table. The sofa is beyond worn and broken. The outdoor furniture was so nasty an burn stains etc I wouldn’t allow my kids or family to use it. The staff as rude and oh btw don’t rent a golf cart they won’t allow you to bring it on property not even to drop supplies off or your family. Oh and they will try to charge you $100.00 per wrist band if you loose it! Also if you don’t ware it (which we didn’t) they will harass you. It’s crazy we were there for a week and we’re not going to be subject to wearing a cheep plastic bracelet for our entire stay. This is absolutely the worst Vrbo we’ve ever done! Never again and we have photos of before we began cleaning.

Wonderful

This property was in the heart of PCB. Within walking distance of most needs. It was great to be able to have all our activities, dining and stores so close. The condo was perfect. We had 3 adult parents, 3 adult children and two small children and it fit our needs great. Highly Recommend.

Amazing condo with all the amenities!

My family had such a wonderful vacation. The condo was amazing and had everything you needed. Not to mention it was huge! The balcony was so big and had a private entrance from the master bedroom. The light show over the lake at night was beautiful. My kids really enjoyed that every night. It is just about a 5 min walk to the beach and is a really an easy walk. We stayed at the main pool the most and it was huge and nice. You are in walking distance to basically anything you could need. I could go on an on but we really had a wonderful vacation and we will definitely be back next year! You won’t regret staying here.

Great location but dirty condo

The location was pretty perfect - close to most of anything you would want to do while visiting. The layout of the condo fit our family’s needs; however, the condo itself was pretty dirty. The cleaning people clearly didn’t do anything outside if make the beds. The floors had spills, sand/dirt, grim, food, hair, etc. all over. The counters were sticky and dirty, the bathrooms had hair on the floors and in the shower and towels smelled like mildew. I know its hard to get good workers that do their job but I would not stay here again. Condo community cons (not specific to this condo): If you plan to rent a golf cart while staying in this condo community make sure you understand that you are not allowed on the condo property with the golf cart at all even with a parking pass. We rented one and big storm came through and we were closer to the condo then where we rented the golf cart so we tried to park there for 30 mins to wait the storm out and they made is leave and drive the cart in the strong winds and rain. It was terrible. They literally locked things down and had people in stairwells but sent my family of 5 away (with young kids) even though we were staying there. They said “rules are rules”. I understand rules but when the safety of people is at risk rules can be bent for a short time. Also, the community itself was a bit outdated and dirty. They don’t clean pools, elevators falling apart and exit signs broken. Again, this piece is nothing against the condo owner.

Great location, dirty place

So we really liked the location close to the beach but as for the room itself the pictures on vrbo did not show the dirty washer, dusty/ black moldy refrigerator, the horrible black mold infested showers, and dusty baseboards . As a US military veteran I feel like the standard should be held higher, please find a better cleaning crew.

I spent a month in this condo and it was such a treat. There were a few issues that maintenance was sent to fix and everyone was very responsive. I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Simply amazing and our view was everything!!! There was a light show every night. The place was very clean and beautiful. Would most definitely recommend other to experience this place. My family would stay again and again❤️
