Condo was perfect. 3rd floor, not much of a wait for elevators and all were working. Water was beautiful, Definitely God’s handiwork. Clearing the pool of kids age 5yrs and below every hour is a little crazy, if they think they need too, they should clear the whole pool….(didn’t understand that rule). Kiddie area was really nice. Pool was nice also, loved the zero entry. Always had a chair or lounger to sit on. We will return! The owner is extremely helpful and responded to any question I had. Price of the condo (under 5000 was great, all the fees increased the total to 6500 plus, fees are high. We had a great time! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with my family. Would highly recommend!!! til next time!

Great Family Vacation

The condo was great for family. My wife and I and out two adult children and their families for a total of 11. We had plenty of room. The condo was clean and everything was just as the owner described it. He made checking in a breeze. The children's splash pad play area was perfect for our 3 year old grandson. The older grandchildren loved the pool. The zero entry pool was also great for the young and old alike. It was really great for the three year old to play with his older cousins and his sister. The beach was beautiful and easy to access from the condo. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Beach

This condo is in a great location. Right on the beach and a low floor at a corner of the building. The style of the condo was not "beachy" decor as some of the ones in the past but the furniture was ok. Lots of furniture in the living room area so they can have more guests I guess but that made it crowded. The bedrooms were nice but few pillows and the ones in the closet were in pretty bad shape. We had towels, etc. but a weird mix. Lots of some and few of others. The trash shoot on the end of the floor where we were was closed off with caution tape our entire stay. Not convenient. I saw where another guest mentioned that in July. The pools, both kiddie and the large one, both had issues. The kiddie pool was closed and taped off with caution tape most of time we were there. I think we could use it one or two days. We had 3 kids with us. The large pool also had a corner taped off for several days and the entrance to that corner for some reason but the pool was still usable. Not a great look sitting on the balcony seeing all the caution tape. We enjoyed our stay but will not go back to this particular condo due to the owner. He was very nice and available until the end. Apparently the cleaners had an issue and we were blamed for something we did not do. Instead of asking us about it, he blamed us and even insinuated that it had to do with adults drinking alcohol.

Great rental

Fantastic location, nice host, dated facilities

We really enjoyed the 3rd story, end balcony and a responsive host. However the property is dated. Trash chutes not functional. Elevators not functional consistently. Drier had to be repaired, kiddie pool broken and a severe rip-tide section in the middle of the beach in front of the condo.

Spacious condo for 3 families

We were very impressed with this condo and the owners were very responsive! Check in was super easy. There was plenty of room for 3 families and 6 children. Parking was also very convenient and we will consider staying here again

This condo is amazing. Very well stocked and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals to a large family. The Boardwalk Beach Resort is perfect for families as the beach is just steps away and the pool is kid friendly for any age. We are already planning to come back here for our spring break trip for next year.

We had the best time! Don't count on the onsite shop to be open but other than that it was so convenient and quiet. We don't like being in the middle of chaos so this fit us perfectly!

Amazing Unit!

Condo owners where very accommodating, making sure we got checked in okay and that everything was perfect. We did not have any troubles with anything during our stay. It was amazing and truly a “taste of paradise” for myself and for my family. The location of the unit and condominiums were PERFECT AND CONVENIENT. We were able to check in early as the owner let us know when it was ready for check in. We will hopefully be returning again to this exact same unit. THANK YOU FOR MAKING US FEEL AT HOME.

Great stay.

Tim's location is the perfect 3rd floor corner location. Fully stocked. We spent seven days & six nights, it has easy access to beach after 9 am. There was more than enough room for everyone, and then some. Short easy drives to numerous eateries and attractions. Our only complaint was when the beach had severe rip tides, but that was ok, we had the pools and hot tub. We highly recommend this little piece of paradise, you and your family will love it. Fantastic Place

This condo is perfect for a large family. The 4 bedrooms (2 Masters) allow everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals for a large group. The Boardwalk Beach Resort is very well maintained and clean. The heated pools are perfect for the little kids. A large “splash pad” pool for the younger kids and the zero entry large pool is a perfect place to play. And the beach….Wow! World class sugar sand beach is amazing. Do not hesitate to book this unit.

Great place to stay

We plan on coming back to PCB, and we plan on staying here again. Such a great location. And Tim is a very responsive owner. Perfectly located and Beautifully decorated. From ages 1-65, this place was perfect for each of us.

The absolute best, no complaints!

Compared to other properties we’ve stayed at, this was the absolute best! -no issues with checkin -accommodations were great, clean, roomy -heated pool was perfect for our winter trip -communication with owner was convenient w/ quick responses -we were able to adjust the ac/heat which made it much more comfortable for our group (we’ve stayed at places that didn’t allow that) -kitchen was stocked with all if not most kitchen appliances and gadgets -appliances all seemed fairly updated and worked as should -close by to Walmart and all the main restaurants -perfect spot on the semi private beach Would highly recommend!!

Family reunion at PCB

The Boardwalk Resort is really nice. The pool is big. There are two hot tubs outside. Everything is handicap accessible. The food at the outdoor bar and grill was really good. The four bedroom condo was spacious and fully equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Boardwalk Resort.

The owner is very accommodating—texted to let us know we could check in early. Kitchen is well stocked. Our extended family of 10 stayed her comfortably. This was our second stay at this condo. Beautiful views from the balcony of the beach and pool. The condo has an on-site restaurant with good food and drinks.

Paradise!

This was our 10th year staying at the Boardwalk. We've never stayed on the 3rd floor but it was really quick and convenient going back and forth. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would stay there again.

Wonderful family vacation at Boardwalk Resort!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Boardwalk Resort. We had 7 adults and 5 littles ranging from 13 down to 7 weeks. There was plenty of space for us to not feel crowded. Tim was a great host and quick to respond with any questions we had. We are already planning our vacation for next summer. The Minter Family
