This unit had the prettiest views of the ocean. Easy access to parking with reserved spot on the same level as the condo. We have stayed at Shores of Panama before in different unit but loved this one much more. This unit even included a closet full of beach/sand toys and chairs in case you needed extras. That is something we’ve never had with any condo we’ve stayed in, here or elsewhere. Location is right next door to Pineapple Willys; walking distance to Walmart; and The Wharf for food and light shopping. The pool here is amazing and easy access to the beach. The only issue we found with this unit was the bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom were very loose/wobbly. For us this wasn’t an issue; we just didn’t use them. But for anyone staying with the full capacity of 10 people might find this to be a problem. Overall I would definitely book this unit again.

The property was perfect, clean and nice view. Host easy to communicate. Parking garage didn't care for, but easy access to the condo. I would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay great location every employee was super nice loved every minute and the outdoor pool was like out of magazine. Will DEFINITELY stay there again!!!!!!!!

Beach Vacation

Condo listed was as described and in a great location in the complex. The team was responsive to our questions. A few things I would recommend that others consider.Parking in the garage was terrible-we had to travel in a circle up/down 8 stories of the garage to get to our parking area. Coming and going with as large a complex as this one-took 20-30 minutes to go anywhere. Fortunately, Walmart was across the street so I opted to walk a couple of times to get needed supplies/food so I didnt have to get the car out of the parking garage. The elevators were a nightmare-only one working when we arrived so going to/from the beach was also very time consuming. We tracked down 8 flights of stairs (with and infant, 6yo,and beach stuff) the majority of the trip and waited 20-30 minutes minimum to go up the elevators. I would not recommend using a wagon-we opted not to use ours because it was almost impossible to get on the elevator with a wagon and family. There is construction going on at the complex, painting so those construction workers vehicles tied up many of the yellow line (extra parking for your 2nd car) parking spaces. Last, the beach was very busy. Plan to be up by 6am to set up any chairs/tents to be near the water if you have children. There were families with tents set up before daylight and set up 4-5 tents in a row next to the water. In previous complexes that we stayed in, the tents were not allowed unless behind the complex chairs.

Awesome vacation

This was our third year at Panama City beach for a summer vacation and our first at shores of Panama. I can’t find any reason to stay anywhere else in the future. It had everything on site. Loved the memories we made.

Our condo

Overall great!!! Areas for improvement: more elevators More pools or pool chairs Our condo was initially impressive!! Wanted to report the following: We arrived to all dirty dishes. We ran them all through the dishwasher and realized it’s not working properly and so we assumed that the last groups dishes were put away without cleaners noticing they weren’t clean. We did run ours when we left too! 😉 Needs newer bed pilllows for sure. Coffee table isn’t stable, it’s wobbly.

Vacation 2024

The unit we had is old, needs an update and good cleaning. If you take your shoes off the bottom of your feet or socks are black in seconds. Need better house keeping. The kitchen is not stocked well at all. It has one cereal bowl. If you wanted to eat in you would have to rearrange furniture just to sit at the dining table. Again needs updating. The parking garage is a nightmare, plan on it taking 15 to 20 minutes to get in and out when you are leaving the condo. It is so tight vehicles are constantly having to stop and back up to make corners. The elevators or lack of are a joke for this size complex. Plan on waiting 15 to 20 minutes to use these.The unit says it sleeps 10, we were a party of 7. The balcony is so small we wouldn't all fit at one time, only 5 chairs . The pool looks nice on the advertisement. It is so crowded you can't get chairs . The pool water was also dirty. You have to wear arm bands at all times which we are used to however these are not the slip on and off kind. They have rfd chips inside to get in and out gates. They heavily police for these. I would not recommend Shores of Panama. It was definitely not worth what we paid $. We have been going to PCB for over 25 years and this is by far the most uncomfortable place . We have staid at several different condos and this is the first bad review I have ever given.

Family trip

We brought our adult children with our younger. The owner was great. The pool and views was awesome. There was plenty to cook with and accessories big enough for a large family. Of course the ocean was awesome too!

Amazing views

The condo was just as described!! The property was very clean & staff were very friendly. Only negative was the extremely large group of teenagers that congregated on the beach in front of the complex that had massive amount of police present d/t teenagers being unruly. Would stay again just not at spring break .

First time in PCB

We loved this condo and the location. The condo was beautiful, exactly as pictured. The wraparound patio was amazing and had lots of seating! The beds were very comfortable. The access to the parking garage was wonderful and access to the beach was very easy. It was so nice to check in and out without ever dealing with hotel staff. We will definitely be back!!

Nice Unit - Needs Improvement

Several things didn’t work (tv in front bedroom, broken recliner that I actually fell out of, lights above dining table would not come on). Unit was not clean. After we saw a mouse and started investigating there was food from previous stays under the couch and under a table in the dining area. There was food stuck to the floor from previous stays. The bedspreads had not been washed in a while. I give it an objective 3 overall. Expensive for the level of amenities

Nice Condo, Beautiful Views

We enjoyed our stay in unit 801. Parking was great, right by the room. The unit was nice and clean and had everything we needed for a 1 week stay. Cons: The pillows aren't the best, bring your own. The icemaker doesn't work. The dining area lights didn't work.

Not our best stay

Pros: great location, beautiful view, communication with management company was good. Cons: on our fifth day we had a cockroach in one of the bathrooms, there is not enough silverware or cups for our group of 7, there was a broken glass in the cabinet, the bed sheets were covered in sand which we had to wash before we could sleep in the beds, the floors were filthy. Our feet were black and disgusting just from walking through the condo, the closet doors wouldn’t open all the way without coming off the track, there was old popcorn and small toys behind the nightstands and under the beds in the bunk room. Honestly I don’t think the condo is cleaned between uses it doesn’t even seem possible for it to be that dirty. Make sure to bring every last essential item. There is absolutely no cleaning supplies, seasonings except the salt and pepper we left there, there was no spatula, the knives all have completely bent blades. For the cost I feel like the very basic essential kitchen items should be there. Overall we will not stay at this specific condo again but we would stay at this complex again.

Pros and Cons

Pros: easy checkin and checkout process Great communication Large space and kitchen The outside pool is spacious and pretty View of the ocean and beach from balcony was great/pretty Close vicinity to shops and food When needed, maintenance & housekeeping responded quickly Beds were pretty comfortable Unit had everything we needed Cons: Floor was dirty, not just sandy as that happens at the beach but even first day, feet would be blackened from the floor. The dishes in cabinet were dirty. We had to wash the dishes before using them. Linens and pillow in one of the rooms were dirty with pee/blood stain and makeup and some hairs. Messaged about getting clean linens and they arrived quickly. Bathtub wouldn’t drain, but maintenance was there very quickly to fix it and we had no problems after. Some things to note: if you’re traveling with a large group and they stay in another unit, be aware that this property is HUGE and you might need to walk a lot. The property is huge and panama city beach is busy. So if being around a lot of people isn’t your thing, this might not be the place for you. Overall our family was happy with our stay and our condo but the area was a little too busy for us, so we probably won’t be back to Panama City Beach.

THE PARKING NIGHTMARE

We were almost an hour from the time we turned onto the street until we reached our spot on the 8th floor. The garage is an absolute nightmare. We saw one car that couldn't make the turn and clipped the concrete post. When we finally reached our unit, all needing to go to the bathroom, the code was incorrect. Luckily the office had texted me a welcome (ha) and I was able to respond that we couldn't get in. They gave us another code that worked. What would we have done if we had tried to check in after hours? The pool was the nicest part of the complex. The matresses on the bunk beds were actually box springs. When children complain about the bed, there IS a problem. The kitchen situation was nice, The back bathroom tub did not drain. You stood in water while you showered. Yes, we could have called maintenance. We would NOT have wanted them in our condo when we weren't there, so that would have meant that we had to sit in there and wait for them. The cleaning personnel should have noticed that issue when they cleaned the tub. The outdoor balcony was nice with ample seating. The AC worked well. The bottom line is that we have never stayed in such a large complex and everytime we had to leave we dreaded that parking garage. One man said it took his family an hour to get from their parking spot to the exit. THAT IS CRAZY!!!!

I wish we could have stayed forever!

We had the best time! This condo is beautiful! It is fully stocked with everything you could need while vacationing. The rooms and bathrooms are all big and have plenty of room for large families. The balcony views are nothing short of amazing! The check in process was a piece of cake and we got to do an early check-in. We loved the location and convenience to everything. We will definitely be rebooking in the near future!
